Hey Pete Sorry I didn´t post this earlier but I was busy moving house. Just wanted to tell you that you were spot on the whole time mate, with my starting issues...you kept saying " I´m sure it´s the temp sensor " and it was. The auxillary fan did not come on until I pulled the connector so I thought the sensor was fine, but measuring the resistance between the sensor poles told a completely different story. The sensor was telling the ECU that the engine temp was fluctuating and at times overheating so it overfueled causing the starting issue. Thanks to everyone else for their input too, I really appreciated it :) cheers Pete, all sorted now …

Hi All, Need to change my diff oil but I can't work out how to fill it. I can see the drain plug but it's impossible to get to the filler. Do I need a pump and special attachment or something?. Cheers.

Hi guys. I will be fitting 3 inch wide rear arches shortly. The hubcentric wheel spacers are 5 lug 4.5 bolt pattern. the option on the website states 1 inch or 1.25 thickness. Bearing in mind that the rear arches will be 3 inches wider, What thickness will I require, 1 inch or 1.25? Cheerz Chris.:duffer::duffer:

How do you adjust the size of the image when you post. Feeling a little inadequate and intimidated by the size of some of your pics. Missus tells me this is the least of my problems LOL.

...into the main rad - but on my old beast (1990 jap) it was seperate - and hiding behing the main rad. Is this normal? When I replace my rad with a 52mm non turbo rad - will all the water pipes still line up - or will I need to mod again? There are two 10mm pipes/connectors on the passenger side of the rad I seem to remember. Cheers guys. :o

Been looking into new ways to make my Zed abit different to others and came across this! Company in the US called Squires Turbo Systems (STS) who provide Single or Twin Turbo Kits that bolt on to your exhaust After your Cat and by your backbox! No intercooler needed as it is with all the Exhuast gases which by then are cooled down! Comes with Air intake and BOV and doesnt need any cooling or new mapping (Apparently) as we already have Mapped for Turbo's! Highly popular with American N/A cars which can run up to 8psi without upgrading parts!!! STS CLICKY Universal kit that has almost everything is around $3000! Complete BOLT ON kit! PROMO VIDEO CLICKY …

I have an NA manual. Hoping to pick up a TT auto. Going to clean up the TT engine and pop it in the NA. Other than the engine and ECU, what parts will i need? (i already have/getting upgraded intercoolers, radiator and fan, TT clutch and fly, intake pipes, BOVs, downpipes and Greddy EBC) Also, any recommendation for what work i should carry out on the engine before i drop it in? And, any tips for removing, fitting the engine will be lovely. Cheers Scott

Ok here are the photos of the failed single piece carbon fibre propshaft. The alloy adapter flange was a loose fit within the carbon tube, there was / is no form of locking key and it would appear that a type of resin glue was all that was used to connect the two parts???? The final photo shows the steel version we fabricated to replace the carbon fibre one, with a car with such a high power output welded steel was the only way forward we felt happy with. Jeff TT
