i know the stock UK rear wheels are wider than the stock import rear wheels, but wheels confuse me so i was wondering..... what are the benefits of wider wheels? what are the down sides to wider wheels? is anything else different (ie in the wheel mounting) can i fit UK rears straight onto my import? will they stick out further or rub on the inside? can i fit import rears straight on to my uk car if i needed to? (ie keep just one size spare wheel)

Hi all Does anyone know if the driftworks rears traction arms will fit a zed? They only seem to be advertised as R32, S14, GTR etc. Although other sites do a single version which fits all including a zed? Any ideas?

Well it's been a bit slow with having to get Zena ready to sell and that's slowed down progress on the V8 so this weekend i've been busy blitzing the gearbox i need to sell and the engine block. I spent yesterday on the driveway cleaning and painting the borg warner t5 I had spare with the project. Have to say it's come up a treat so hopefully it'll sell pretty quickly and i'll get some money back for the tremek box i bought from keith 5700 the other week. BEFORE: AFTER: Then moved onto the engine block today which was covered in acid, oil, crap and all sorts of deposits. Add to that 30 quids worth of white spirit, wire brushe…

Having spent the last 6 months doing my own 60k service on the car (twice - don't ask) I have finally been able to wheel the car out of the garage. After giving it a clean I thought I'd take a few pictures as it came up quite well... It still needs a good polish and wax, but in the sun it looks ok to me. What do you think? Gareth

my car got keyed and because my bonuses are protected i claimed for a respray cause of the damege. The assesor came out and viewed the damage and says cause the car is in such bad contidion that i should cover alot of the cost of respraying it. I accept the body work wasnt perfect due to some minor peelin of laquer and a not so good paint job done on it a few years ago before i got it. But the car is 18 years old and is never gonna be perfect. what am i to do as i cant afford a ful respray.:headvswal
