Friday 17th Morning around half 10 ish? I saw you just near the M62/M60 junction coming from leeds way. (to be honest you might have been on the M60 but there or there abouts :) Looked a fairly nice standard ( i think, looked like standard spoiler and standard alloys) LWB TT at a closing speed of 140+ its somtimes tough to notice other differences lol Was it you?

Anybody, know of a windows xp program that will allow me type in jobs needed, parts for job, who's doing it (me or a garage) What I need to do, and when. I'd also like to be able to use subcategory's section i.e. Interior, rear subframe etc. Finally It would be great if I could print out work cards.Just for me, not commercial :) I've got an old version of MS Project but it's far to complicated for me? isa had me zed for 5 years , love me car to bits but i cannot get rid of smoking on tickover , now when ryan was down at swindon he checked it out he could not find a fault, , isa had new turbo`s ps valves , 3 years ago and i only use me z in the summer,probably only do 1500 miles a year it mainly smokes when cold but also when warm , i dread taken the car for mot any ideas isa stuck

Had a call from Jeff today to say my cars would be ready tomorrow,guess wot my bloody weekend to work try to swap sat out but got no interest from my colleagues but managed to get tuesday. Can't wait roll on 1st of May

any one know how much a new set of lifters are from nissan??

just carrying out the NA to TT conversion, ive got the water radiater off for the new one, just looking at the other rad, its larger than the turbo one. so went to remove it from the TT car, then realised it only looks like its going to the air con?? im binning the air con so is there any point of this? looks like the elecric fan cools this for some reason?

Just a quick one ! has anyone managed to get a front bumber in the back of there Z, with the seats down etc ? or is it a complete no go ? cheers chris:)

hey people, have re-trimmed my interior in white!!!... yes white!!! not leather, but the finest Italian vinyl, and yes.... i know its plastic..... but it is soft, has the leather look and is f**king cheap!!! anyway, what do u all think?? i love it, just need to keep it clean..... al.

Im getting more excited to fit these now... only a couple things left to arrive, hks actuators and z1 downpipes, Some bits and pieces here and there and should be good to go... All i need is for someone to fit them :o

First of all i would just like to thank every body for the help thay have given me for my wee problem with the car,the imformation i was given was great.Well ive found the trouble maker. This rubber hose is drawing in air from the unit on the right,when you clamp this hose or just pinch it with pliers the revs drop down to normal and when you let go thay shoot back up to 1500.:confused:

Just asked for an update from Thor. going to give me a call back with more details but.. they did say my new wheels are on and they stick out the rear arches allot. Ive not seen it so not sure how bad it is, changing the wheels isnt really a option as they were very expensive and took 6 months to arrive as it is. Sticking out the arches will look silly and possibly illegal. So what are my options? I know Do-Luck make stick on arch extensions but who else make them and different options availible. i cant spent too much money on this e.g. full wide arse kit at the mo as there are far more important things to spent it on. not sure i even lik…

My car has just been to zedworld and is running perfect, Jeff had some work to do on it, its been on the conzult and everything is spot on but when its cold the revs can still be a bit eratic and when i press the accelerator a touch the revs will drop a bit then pick up again and when i come to a junction and press in the clutch the revs will increase to about 2000rpm and then settle again, my car has had a new wiring loom, also when its cold at about 2000rpm i get a serge of power, could that just be the tubs kicking in? If im going down a hill in 3rd with my foot off the gas, i can hear a very slight popping noise from the exhaust, could this just be the jwt 555 chip i …

This is wots happend,week ago car went to hight revs 1500rpm,not come down,was told could be TPS.Went to a garage thay had a look said voltage was wrong on the TPS which need adjusted thay couldnt so thay put back on,and on i went,but on the way home the car started jumping by this i mean revs shot from say 1500 to 2500 back down to 1000 up to 2000 and so on,when finaly got home left the car.got my self another TPS and fitted it, drove it revs were still high 1500 but no jumping asked some ? and was told how to adjust my TPS to propper voltage,so went round my freinds and we got the TPS sitting at 0.44 which is ok.but still revs sitting at 1500 left his house and with in …

seeing as my bumper is off for a repaint i thought ide do a small job ive been meaning to do for a long time..decent auto box cooler mounting;)..using ally plate and angle section it went well with the cooler right up front for maxium effect,now i need to take it all off and get it powder coated satin black and its good to go:)

Need a set of 5 bolt DP's BTW if anyone has any sitting around that you are willing to sell im very interested. Budget is tight, i cant begin to share how much ££ ive blown on this car so far. So i was looking at the labree 5 bolt super split downpipes on the z1 website which works out to about £288 add an extra £70 if you select them in stainless steel. the 300zxclub.com website has a GB on z1 downpipes which have a smaller split than the labrees but are at a very good price, works out to about £240 delivered these however are stainless steel and not aluminized steel like the labrees. Does anyone know if the labrees will make a noticable difference…
