Hey all, I am later going to be cleaning the connectors this covers injectors, CAS, TPS, PTU and whatever else, My car is misfiring and for now I will do a simple clean to solve it until payday. Quite often I push down on the 6 connectors that are between the gaps in the plenum and always thought they were the injector plugs,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, after looking into more info now I understand they were the Coil packs connectors. So my question is this: Where are the injector plugs and can someone show me a diagram to locate injector’s plugs, CAS, TPS, PTU and whatever else I may need to clean the contacts with? I am looking to get some WD40 or …

Car is a N/A. Right I'll give a bit of background info about this problem: Just finished at the Nurburgring and started to head home. Filled up with petrol, got down the road and found the heater matrix had blown up. Pulled over, a mate of mine managed to bypass it eventually using a bit of pipe running the heater matrix into the car. We started the car back up to make sure there was water still circulating and there was a little rattle at the front of the engine. Now, we noticed my fan is cracked to buggery, so I just assumed it was this, however my friend was determined it was comming from the top end , like a follower noise or something, anyway, he …

Hey there all. I've recently bought a 1991 Twin Turbo Targa Top. Took her for MOT today which she passed :) but my mechanic suspects the bottom end bearings are just starting to knock. I've rung the owner before the previous owner to see if he had any issues and he told me the noise has been there the entire time he owned it??? He took it to a Nissan garage and they told him the 300's suffer from 'cam bushes' which make a similar noise to big end bearings. Apparently its nothing to worry about and even when replaced it could soon come back. The guy I spoke to has no reason to make anything up so I'm inclined to believe him, but I don't entirely believe th…

Ok the state of play at the moment is that approx. two weeks ago we were made aware there was a potential issue with Ztech trading status, this was from one of their customers forced to collect his zed unfinished, at that time I considered posting the info here but as it was not first hand thought better of it. However this week more direct information from has continued to reach us and has worried us sufficiently that it seems prudent to make aware any one who may have their zed with Ztech needs to collect it now! just to confirm that means NOW! I have a brand new series 2 CAS which has the new style plug. Is there a way that this can be fitted to a 90-93 loom? I have the new style loom but found out i have got the manual one instead of the automatic one so it will need to be changed and i cant seem to find a 94 onwards automatic loom from anywhere. Therefore i will get a 90-93 loom and get it fitted. I know that the new injector connectors can be spliced in but can a CAS plug also be spliced in and if so where can i get one?

Right... I am considering gutting the interior to save weight. If mine was a 2 seater the interior would be long gone. However as mine is a 2+2 on occasions it is nice to take people out in the back but... when i get my car back from the garage it might be a tad lower than it was before and also running 18" rims. 295's on the rear which may rub with people in the rear. I am expecting mixed comments here like dont do it will look silly, im not too bothered about the look of the interior as it will be serving a purpose. Besides windows are tinted and cant really see in. I know i can loose allot of weight by gutting the interior but my main concern i…

How many people are running seat belt harnses in a 2+2? How have you done it? Are you still able to get people in the back seats? Was it worth it? and why?
