  1. Where's the video buddy???
  2. You've posted in someone else's intro thread, start a new one for yourself and bang up a few pics of your car bud:innocent::whistling:
  3. The Winfactory CSL-R looks fantastic on a SWB, not sure how it would compare on a 2+2 though, it also has to be blended in
  4. That's wise words Grasshopper, "To go fast, first one must be able to slow down":chinese::biggrin: I just so happen to have two sets of big brakes for sale:innocent::whistling: Awesome build Dan, with plenty of attention to detail:thumbup1:
  5. Think they're off a US Infinity, I can measure them up?? They're similar to 350Z calipers and probably utilize the same pads mate. :thumbup1:
  6. These are just off the car, 2.5" divorced downpipes and testpipes for LWB, de-cats the car and releases more power, O2 sensors not included but I can probably find some nuts and bolts:thumbup1:
  7. Selling a set of brand new Samco radiator hoses in red. These retail at $165 plus shipping/duties from CZP. £75 shipped to your door:thumbup1:
  8. Right guys, now that I've upgraded my brakes again, I'm selling my bigger than GTR Brembo front calipers, GTR discs and part worn pads with plenty of meat on them. These are a direct bolt on fitment with you only having to change your brake lines to Banjo bolt type. Some chips and scratches but working well. Here's some pics of them both on and off the car and are perfect upgrade for those people who don't like to use adapters :thumbup1: Fitted to my Z
  9. Yeah Joel, won't be seen but I'll still make an effort, hoping I won't have to pull the engine for a long time after this, so I said I'd rustproof as much of it as I can. I'm taking a break from the car today, want to get the Wiring Loom Group Buy going so we can see where we stand regarding numbers. Also trying to sort out all my brake calipers to see if I can raise a few quid,
  10. I'm presuming you mean "burns off":whistling::biggrin: It will remain to be seen:innocent::thumbup1:
  11. Garage is too busy today, so I collected my manifolds etc and treated them to a lick of High Temp paint:thumbup: Before After
  12. I'd say you'd want the skirts also, but they look damn cool and would be rare as rhs over here in the UK Here's one in silver just for you Si The spoiler on this one could have been fitted better though. I also think the Twinz type 2 is spot on for the Z
  13. I think the Kaminari looks great on a SWB, I've the Twinz Type 2 myself:thumbup1:
  14. Would love to be at this stage Andy, so jealous right now:yes:
  15. I have a cunning plan now that the engine is out, it's a "wait and see" type of cunning plan:biggrin:
  16. Gave it a lick of silver hammerite buddy.:thumbup1: Hopefully getting a polished one sometime in the future:whistling:
  17. Today, I reinstalled my freshly painted timing covers, tidied up the throttles, removed passenger manifold, studs and turbo, painted the block, ready for fitting new Nissan studs and the AMS manifolds tomorrow. I'm well pleased with myself as I did it all myself.:thumbup1:
  18. Great job Rhys, car looks savage:thumbup1:
  19. Timing covers, I'm also debating whether to do the engine bay in this hammered black colour.
  20. Stripped out the HICAS piping and fittings today, binned the carbon canisters metal pipework, took the turbo intake pipes off as they had some rust and looked terrible, timing covers off also and painted everything in Hamerite Hammered Black finish, removed the downpipes from the turbos, wire brushed the battery tray as it had a lot of surface rust, tomorrow I'm going at the tubs and manifolds and will be treating the battery tray to some Loctite Rust Remedy
  21. Sorry for your loss, welcome to the club:thumbup1: Is it on Adverts or DoneDeal at present Kate??
  22. Thanks for the help guys, so we reckon the cable in the link is suitable?? Do I need 5 metres of both black and red? I was going to insulate them and run them down the HICAS pipe metal trunking? Gaz, I'm interested in tidying up the engine bay, I want it as clutter free as possible, also the batteries over the years have started to corrode both the undertray and the strut tower, so I'm at it as we speak with a wire brush and then will be treating the area with Loctite Rust Remedy. Now that the engine is out and I've no time constraints to finish it quickly, I feel the best thing to do is tidy up everything as best I can.:thumbup1: I should have done a before pic as it was crusted with rust:thumbdown:
  23. Hi guys, as my spare wheel will no longer clear my brakes, I've decided to put my battery in the wheel well, I've searched in here and found some info. regarding using welding cable, My question is Would this cable be suitable?? Welding Cable / Battery Live 230 Amp 25 mm Red Flexible Per Meter Mig Tig Arc Welder https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00E0YVNFS/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awd_x_5hjbyb64BF49K Do I need 5m of both black and red? Is it ok to run the cable along where the HICAS pipes used to run ?? Thanks
