  1. Coz they're all being ignored !!
  2. You're hardly looking for a nice, shiny, brand new wiring loom at a discounted price are you Tom:innocent::whistling::biggrin: Save all the hassle of corroded connectors and broken, brittle wires.
  3. The car actually looks really well in those pics Andy, I can just imagine what it'll be like when you have the paintwork done to your high standards. Fantastic stance on some fantastic wheels
  4. Our very own Baz was selling one of his last year for £275, so it is ballpark pricing, the problem you have, is that nobody buys a diff without a subframe and nobody buys a subframe without a diff as they're not interchangeable, I'll have a look over here and see if there's anything around for you:thumbup1: - - - Updated - - - Was that just for the Diff??:scared: If so, then yeah he's pulling the piss
  5. They also delete the HICAS arms, just to give you an idea, look at the price of OEM z32 suspension arms on eBay, they're up for crazy money at the moment. Am I right in saying that you have an NA subframe with no diff Tom??
  6. Not being funny but my NA diff and subframe was £225 reduced from £275 as I was a regular customer:innocent:, so £300 is probably a fair enough price:thumbup1:
  7. AH HA HA HA HA!!! Do it in the garden mate, that's what i did:thumbup: no wonder the mrs. is mad at you, the house would smell like a bonfire at a pikey camp at Halloween!!
  8. No worries bud:thumbup1:
  9. The good thing for you Howard is that it's a spare subframe, so you can go at it for a while until you're fed up and you can then walk away from it till another day when you're back in the humour for hardship:thumbup: I had little difficulty in swapping out the diff bushes, blow torch made short work of them:thumbup:
  10. Hi Ben, sorry to hear your selling up bud, I was enjoying your build thread. if you have to sell didn't you mention that your mechanic that did your timing belt comment that he'd be interested in adding it to his collection?? Just a thought but he may still be interested:thumbup1:
  11. Ah mate, it was only a joke, I thought they'd cop that I'd put up a pic of the model z I had won at auction earlier in my build thread. :tt2::tt2::innocent::whistling::laugh:
  12. Few more pics under LED lighting:whistling::biggrin:
  13. Cool project matey:thumbup: Whack a whopping LS3 into it:thumbup:
  14. So gave the new car a quick clean:clap: I have to say it's a stunning example:innocent: Sitting on the driveway.
  15. Today I had a couple of secret Z32 missions to take care of, all finally done, the best one was to go and collect my new Z32 Factory manual SWB TT, it's also in blue and is in excellent condition with no rust anywhere, totally original inside and out, with immaculate paintwork, interior could do with a good cleaning and it has a loose wing mirror but that's it. Worth every penny paid:thumbup1:
  16. That rear quarter pic looks like it hasn't been lacquered ?? It's like it's been done in a satin finish??
  17. Ah man, so sorry to hear it was not as you'd expected bud, poor workmanship on something as expensive as a respray is inexcusable. Name & Shame??
  18. Car looks really well matey, it's a credit to you:thumbup: Would have loved to hear it roaring on the dyno though bud. you got any more??
  19. There's no panic on them just yet Alic, they're tucked up safely in the shed, working on degreasing the engine bay and doing a little tidying up in there while the engine is out, that's next week, after that it's back to the engine to fit tubs manifolds and down pipes, the loom should be here then, so fit that, then the engine, get it mapped and then get it painted, probably around Jan/Feb for paint and new trims, also tucked up neatly in the shed :thumbup1:
  20. Today I had my wheel guy down, we had a look at the Volks GT7's but they wouldn't clear my calipers either!!:scared: He took a few measurements and has gone home to make a few calculations and emails to sort out my front Veilsides:thumbup: He also took a pic of the car and applied a few filters before posting it up on his social media page, I liked the pic so much that it's now my profile pic on Facebook:punk::clap:
  21. Welcome to the club Jimmy:thumbup1:
  22. Today I got the Z back on the lift for a couple of hours, I had an issue with the back wheels scraping, so I tightened all the nuts and bolts on the rear subframe, installed the Anti roll bar only to find that my Energy Suspension bushes aren't tight to the bar??. I then moved to the front and removed my leaking power steering rack and fitted my NA one with Energy suspension bushes, pushed the car back out and no wheel rub:thumbup: Tomorrow my wheel guy is calling over to see what we can do with the Veilside Front wheels and to roll/flare my arches if needed:thumbup1: On another note, I won a Kyosho 1:18 scale 300zx model in blue, so happy days:thumbup: Apparently these are rare enough and fetch a few quid??
  23. The calipers were from a US Sentra SE-R Spec V Joel, uses 350z pads and are direct bolt on to the 300zx:thumbup:
