JBL stealth box
Brett, I will be making up templates soon to allow 2 x 10" subs and 2 amps in the boot. I am aiming at leaving the spare wheel and space for targas there. I could give you a copy or make them up if you like them once I make mines up. Dave G

Boot Install allowing targa tops
I was thinking of doing it that way. Seems very simple, but I would also either replace the rear speakers and possibly remount them accross the top or replace by 6x9s. I will have a wee look once I start stripping them down. Compared to yours I would probably try to move the amps to the side someplace, just for a little more space. Thanks guys, I will keep looking for more inspiration. Dave G

just got this jag from flee-bay!
What will you be using it for?? I would have taken that £1700 and got a full leather (red for you ofcourse), done a custom install in the boot, and get a couple of private dances. You still keeping the Z then? Dave G

what you think , finished it yesterday
Looks good, something I will be doing in the near future. Probably along with my boot install to match all the fabric together or contrast it nicely. Does Mr Red sell the material or was it just leftover? Dave G

Boot Install allowing targa tops
Anyone got any pics of boot installs for a 2+2 which allows the targa tops to fit in. I have seen plenty for the SWB but none for these  . Just gathering some ideas for when I make mine up, not going crazy though, just couple of subs and replacing of the rear speakers plus 1 or 2 amps. I like simplistic ideas best though  Thanks in advance. Dave G

Turbo's in safety boost, do they need replacing?
I am getting the same from mine just now Pete. As the guys say best thing to do is a diagnostic check on it, which should pin point the problem. Keep us informed with how you get on so I know for when I get to the car again. Dave G

Speed Cameras

Ah didnt see you taking pics while I was replacing that hose. At least it has stuck on now. Good photos there. Next time we should find a motorway for some better video clips. Dave G

Speed Cameras
Just out of interest (and possibly keeping for future use). I know that a speed camera cannot be placed unless a camera sign is located before it. But how many miles does it cover, ie before they are not legally able to detect you. Some clever boffin must know. Dave G

Scottish Rolling Road
OK just off the phone to Star. The guy said he was unsure if he could test the car on the rolling road. He said the best thing to do was to bring a car along and test it, mainly for the fact that as he floored it in third it would simply kick down into a lower gear. He thought he may be able to get round it but unsure what he meant. They just done a supercharged Jaguar on the weekend that worked a treat but it all depends on how the Auto gearbox works on ours. I might go along in March sometime to see what the story is (unless someone else wants to go before me). Guy at Dastek said No. Dave G

Hit on the Head
It sounds like a genuine accident. The only reason why you might put a claim in was if you were from America

Cool I will have a wee look at that too. Going out to take some more pics just now so that I can update these ones in my sig. Be back in a while I will have a look the standard gauge as I go. Dave G

Boost Help needed
Not sure because I wasnt able to tell with the standard boost gauge. I think it feels as powerful as before. I cant really tell though cos I drive it once every few weeks after driving a 1.1 206 all week it feels amazing everytime I get in it. Dave G

Boost Help needed
Thought of that too. But when I hit the throttle, the boost remains at 7.5psi instead of an unstable reading. This should suggest that it is OK, but I may have a wee look round too. Dave G

Boost Help needed
After fitting my aftermarket boost gauge to test what psi it is running I find it wont go past 7 psi (safety limit). At the scottish meet, it was suggested to reset ECU by removing the negative terminal from the battery for 20 minutes. I did this with no change. Anyone able to help out. The car has the following done to it: NissTek chip 1.0mm boost jets Apexi Induction kit Baileys BOVs Twin 4" S/S Full System (with cat still on) Thanks in advance, Dave G
