  1. Yeah lights and arches when viewed from the front. Rear is definately DB9 like you said.
  2. Nice one Si! I might just have to put these on my future shopping list :)
  3. Yes you are stupid ;) All turbo's have seals.
  4. I do like the look of this Vector V8 :) Is it just me or have they copied the front end from somewhere?! Looks shiiite from some angles though - the nose is just too long IMO More here: http://www.autoblog.com/photos/vector-v8-biturbo-concept-renderings/
  5. I'm impressed! Really like that :) Would look great in silver with the black insert ;)
  6. If it had been 210mph it might have been more interesting! If they put limiters on bikes everyone would go back to cars and that would not be good for their green plans. It won't ever happen but it's just annoying that they will probably spend a couple of million investigating it :xxx: I seriously think parliament should be moved north into the real world instead of people who sit on the tube and in traffic jams all day making transport decisions :mac1:
  7. Same caliper. Would be surprised if it's all models though? Might just be the top V6 model or whatever. Not sure what's in the 607 range.
  8. Well worth doing, particularly with a lightened flywheel. Makes the engine rev up quicker and more responsive plus a bit of extra power (actually less power lost, before the pedantics start!) Would just like to say thanks to Smithy for getting me some adjustable tension rods to me urgently next day. Always a great service, unlike a few people i could mention on here! Even more impressive when he was due in hospital with another Smithy on the way :)
  9. Yes and No... he's in Trinidad LOL
  10. The socket I have is a ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) type that you just flick a lever and the chip is loose for removal with your fingers but yes it could get damaged by static etc I suppose. I could probably wire a switch to the power line of the chip so it doesn't respond. Not sure if it might cause problems with the ECU though...
  11. That's what i've got on mine with 285 rears :) Very good tyres :nana2: :nana2:
  12. I noticed my R33/R34 pads said they also fitted a BMW 850 so possibly another option there but maybe not so cheap 2nd hand.
  13. Admit it Mark, it's you who's done all this really init?
  14. No the cat will be fine and even if it was it wouldn't cause a power loss. No spark on one cylinder I expect.
  15. I wouldn't worry about it blocking the rad, most people don't have problems. If you're doing some further major upgrades you'd be better off replacing the rad with a Koyo or similar anyway. Intercoolers can't be used as radiators, I don't think there would be room for the pipes anyway.
  16. USB 2 is USB 2 so give the camera guy a slap! :slap: It's backwards compatible to USB 1 so either way it should connect.
  17. You get a single braided hose straight from master to slave :) Did this on mine and it firms up the pedal too by replacing the old rubber pipe on the slave cylinder. Smithy does a braided hose but it's not the full length.
  18. Anyone had their kit yet? It will be 2 months since I ordered next week!
  19. Noooooooooooooooo! Don't EVER put blue LED's on a poor Z! LOL  The fogs unscrew from the back. Take out the indicators and reach in behind the fogs. I think someone found a similar light that goes in place so do a search but at the end of the day they're only fogs so nobody really bothers replacing them.
  20. Never thought of that. With my setup I suppose I could just remove my chip when I leave the car and it ain't going anywhere even if they got past the alarm/imobiliser LOL
  21. As boring as every other match :D
  22. Yeah I thought that. My Z would have pulled round that bend no problem so don't quite know how he did it. Do they not have some kind of ABS? Looks like he just locked up and slid it into the wall LOL
  23. I could do with having a word with him too. Might have to resort to the phone but he never answers :slap: LOL
