i seem to be gaining weight on my right foot lately as my mpg has gone rotten...either that or the fact im now boosting at 12psi

i would question wether the rubber seals in the engine will stand up to atf?

Friend of mine is building one , hes gonna use a beemer w12 engine in it and ultima themselves have been to work on it as it will be the most powerfull ultima out there apparently and they want to make sure its good for it.

Ok there are bargains out there you just have to look and haggle Mine cost £2900, add into that the full service cost and cambelts and water pump that I had fitted at the time plus central locking and a years tax from the garage I got it from and in total it came to £3600

you get a static shouck because the energy builds up and has nowhere to go , grounding kits will not change this, the energy needs to be grounded for the shocks to stop. as for the grounding kits, I have one and my idle is rock solid and starts with the barest hint of engine turnover...mind you it did before i fitted it so i dont know wether it would help a car with a poor ground system.

Sorry about my previous outburst but it gripes my nuts the lack of sportsmanship shown by some people. and believe me angus i know what im talking about as im half scottish on my fathers side. Its not about supporting another side if your national side isnt in, its the attitude of supporting any side against the english..it shows a hatred of the english and a wish to see them do poorly. Think it would be funny to reverse it and hope that every game the scotish play in they lose , thing is I wouldnt do that because it would of been good to see all the british teams competing in the world cup and I was hoping to see the Jocks and the Taffys make it...pity the same sentiment cant be recipricated.

scuse me we are asking why the scotish wont support the english football team but the english will support any of the british isles if england wasnt there ...bit obvious isnt it...its a reflection of the bigoted nature of the scotish. Better be carefull here because im a englishman and such sentiment i am expressing would be more typical of the scottish or even the welsh.

the best one i did was keep below 1200 calories a day with healthy food lost 7lb a week but for the first few weeks i was starving which is the advantage to the atkins diet as you eat as much as you want of the low carb foods

I did the atkins diet for a while but found it very limiting, its not the food you eat but the accompanyments that go with it thats the problem...you end up having eggs with everything, heres a basic days food. Breakfast : bacon eggs sausage black pudding and 1 tomato Dinner : any meat of your choice with a small green salad tea : mixed grill with a small green salad again I loved the meat but it was the lack of real sides that did for me
