Looking good! Mine had a badly trimmed aftermarket completely red interior, every panel was red and the glue was coming loose on every corner, so I feel your pain.... keep at it. Its more than worth it with the sun out, the roof off and a nice 2022 UK road trip! Sorry for the advertising, but another zed would be more than welcome!

Me too, trying to get the car ready. Calipers, discs and pads are on now, just waiting on a new bit of pipe from the flexi to the caliper. hopefully get that today and then bleed the brakes

Hmmm I must have been lucky because I bought mine in january and only waited 5 days for them to turn up... It took me 2 months to actually get them on the car though... ?

If it doesn't I have a NA fuel pump and send unit if you need. Assuming of course you have an NA!

Big up the dodgy paint crew ? Mine has gone several shades of red now. I need it painting, but want to sort out underneath and inside the engine bay before I do anything cosmetic

The GT86 is growing on me, I wasnt a fan when it replaced the celica, but I see them driving around now (especially in white or yellow) and I think to myself.... "hmmmm time for a new daily?"

Yes it closed several years ago very suddenly. Some people who had cars there on loan couldn't get them back for a while. I'm trying to work out how they will run the show, unless it is just a bunch of cars in a local field?

Ive started a new thread for this one: https://worldofwheels.uk/ I had never heard of it before, but it is about 10 miles up the road from where I live! I have put in an application for the club with 10 cars to be shown. Can I have a list of people interested please?

Got a response: Hi there, Thank you for your recent expression of interest to exhibit your vehicle club at Magnificent Motors 2021. Due to the current and expected restrictions that the event will have to operate under, we will be extremely limited in the amount of vehicles that we are able to display and also we are only able to operate over the Western Lawns this year, rather than the additional Wish Tower slopes. We are only able to allow a total of approx. 120 vehicles per day, down from approx. 700 in previous years. This is due to having to install a one-way system for all those attending, including spectators as social distancing will still be in operation. Due to this, it is with regret that we will have to decline your wish to exhibit this year. We appreciate this isn’t the news you were looking for, however we do hope you understand and are still able to attend the event in a spectator capacity. We are extremely hopeful that for 2022 we will be back bigger and better than ever and would love to have you back then. Looks like we will have to apply for next years show, sorry guys. My suspicion is that they will give priority to the "car clubs" that pay to be there, the local Jag and Aston dealership for example.... We can all still have a meet up that day and visit the show?

I though it had one... just not in the car? ? You got 15 months at the moment! The rough route I planned doesn't take into account the east coast, but that's a good excuse to do another trip.

That sounds like a good idea. Plenty of good places to stay round here, pevensey bay is popular. I was thinking £250 for them

Yes, not many places would ship them due to weight and length. You might have to plan a road trip down here after lockdown
