  1. I have an exhaust system in the garage, I think its standard, if not close to. Ill try and take some pictures for you today
  2. Using this guide: https://conceptzperformance.com/blog/suspension-101-300zx-edition/ Half way down there are two diagrams (front and back) of which arms can/could/should/might be replaced. Its very helpful. I am using the driftworks black V2 arms with orange polybushes for replacing all the arms. I used the Tein VSN22-C1SS3 Flex Z coilovers to replace my shocks. I choose them because of good reviews, they come with the hats (some you have to reused the OEM ones and I didnt fancy taking them apart) and most importantly they were on sale whan I bought them! It was the best thing I ever did, it feels like a new car, feels much more solid! The ride is a bit more harsh, but I drive buses for 10 hours a day, fred flintstones car had more suspension than a bus...
  3. I have uploaded the .pdf directions with maps for people. I also have a .trp file for phones and satnavs if people need, but the forum wont let me upload that file type (Jaikai). I can convert the .trp to other file types depending on what satnav you have, just message me
  4. So I have had this idea kicking around for a while, ideally over a week in June for my birthday. It would be a John O' Groats to Lands End road trip, but visiting the REOs and members along the way. Each section of the route would be planned by different people i.e a northern Scottish owner would know the local roads and plan A to B for us, then a southern Scottish owner would plan B to C and so on working our way down the country. The fun would be that some people would do the whole trip, while others that couldn't would join us for a day/morning/afternoon drive. We could have lunches along the route at places to have "mini meets". We would stay in hotels along the route. I had in mind: John O'Groats to Oban = 220 miles Oban to Keswick = 225 miles (Would like to detour via Stranraer to see if we can get some of the Northern Ireland and Ireland guys over to meet us) Keswick to Snowdon = 200 miles Snowdon to Bristol via Brecon Beacons = 200 miles (we could have a mini meet at Jimmers?) Bristol to Lands End = 200 miles All mileage would change depending on the routes planned, but I don't think we would be driving more than 4-5 hours each day with stop offs of course. It would be 4 nights plus the nights either side to get to the start point and home after the finish point. I think it would be great fun to meet all the members that struggle to get to meetings and they will have local knowledge of the areas we would drive through to make the route/roads more fun and of course we get to drive our zeds! Let me know if you are interested in either taking part or planning part of the route!
  5. Address on their website is: Denbies Wine Estate Ltd London Road Dorking, Surrey RH5 6AA https://www.denbies.co.uk/finding-us/
  6. Sounds like a plan. I can do as early as people want...
  7. Yes, headlights will be left on so welcome to join.... I'm up for meeting at either the cafe (to have a coffee while waiting for members to arrive) or the wine place (not for same reason!)
  8. 18th April it is then. Nickz32 has a valid point, having never been there are there any suggestions? I've looked a street view, there is a small layby car park before one of the hairpin turns, then there is a National Trust gate that I assume will be locked? Shall we meet in that small layby? If tha gate is open, then go straight to the top!
  9. Due to possible COVID restrictions and what not, how about we delay it until Sunday18th April 2021, so that we are safe to be out and about?
  10. I am hoping to organise the first meet (in the south at least!) of 2021. As the September one didn't happen, I am suggesting we try the Boxhill to (almost) Brighton route again. Although the pub will be closed we can park up on Seaford beach for a picnic. Please let me know if you can make it! The route would be Box Hill in Surrey to the beach at Seaford, East Sussex. The route takes in some A roads, B roads and dual-carriageway. I have been on some of these roads before, but never been to Boxhill! If people met in car park at 10am, with the aim to leave around 10:30am, the route should take about 2 hours, so we will arrive at the beach around 12:30(ish), just in time for lunch Please let me know if you can come, it would be a great way to start the year!
