  1. Ordered some bits in Japan for collection in person. Nothing too exciting, just some brand new early JDM mirror glass. Reason? My driver side one, the plastic has degraded slightly so decided a set of new ones was in order. I just want a Japanese Nissan parts receipt for my service history and to pick the parts up from a Japanese dealership.
  2. Same one as mine although that one is in terrible condition.
  3. Bought new ones for mine. Shame I damaged one of the old ones when removing. Both of them ended up going to landfill. I'll see if I have the other one, they're still available new from Nissan but lead time isn't great.
  4. For me it's the Z32 TT. I do love the 240Z, I've been lucky enough to drive them and they turned Nissan's fortunes around. I love the look of it as a retro car and I'd really like one. 260z in the same vein. The Z32 TT appeals to me for a whole host of reasons, it has the right amount of performance and tech to make it not seem completely antiquated. The S chassis whilst great fun are a little old-fashioned to drive (unsurprising) which is why they don't appeal quite as much although there's little in it for me. The Z31 can be made to look good, but in stock form, it's just not that pleasing, especially on the interior. It's slow, it's not very dynamic, although I still have a soft spot for them. The 280zx is a boat, I have seen one modified to look good, but it's slower than the 240z. I wouldn't not own one, however they are the least appealing. The Z32 for me has always been a poster car and is something I've loved since it was launched. I've come to like the 240 as I didn't know much about them in my youth, so I'll always have the Z32TT at the top spot.
  5. Leave them exactly as they are or do them a shadow chrome. Bronze and black wheels often look dirty even when they're not and black wheels are just totally non descript. Lurid colours like red, green etc will make you you like a wannabe drifter or chav. White wheels look a little cheap. Play it safe and play it clean and sharp imo.
  6. This! They're not snip fit clips. You'll keep breaking them or you'll bend and warp the metal substrate of the trim.
  7. Far too large. These are what you'd find in the front and rear corners of the wings to secure the bumpers.
  8. They're not sold separately. They come new and pre-fitted to the trim.
  9. Lies!!! You told me MONTHS ago! In fact, it may even have been years as you first told me about it in 2016! ;)
  10. Sorry Nick.......not sorry. :p
  11. Some of my top favourites are 'Bladerunner (original) 'Get Carter' (original) 'Close Encounters of a third kind' '2001 a Space Odyssey', 'Planes, Trains and Automobiles', 'The fourth protocol', 'Little Miss Sunshine', Full Metal Jacket, 'Forrest Gump' are the ones that spring to mind.
  12. If memory serves me correctly, aren't you running stock UK wheels? If that's the case I wouldn't add wider tyres.
  13. What are the full wheel specs? Widths chiefly however if you're on the limit of the offset, then that might be key to know. If you're unsure what your wheel specs are, the offset and width will be stamped on the inner spoke, rear facing hub or on forged wheels, they're often stamped on the outer part of the wheel hub.
  14. They already are in the garage/galaries section.
  15. It's getting down to sub zero temperatures in northern Florida. I have a friend just over the state line in Alabama and they're at -8. Unimaginable as most of the year it's in the mid to high 30s; it's on the same latitude as central Morocco/northern India!
  16. Again, all to do with driver orientation. :)
  17. Looks like you have it all sorted now, however there's a very rare HKS glovebox insert on ebay. Overpriced, but if you're into ubber-rare-JDM-shyt, then you might like it. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300ZX-60mm-HKS-Guage-Controller-Glove-Box-Holder-Defi/272977526296?hash=item3f8eba7e18:g:wiUAAOSwRoZZfkjT
  18. ...and scuttle panels! Pretty sure that's it!
  19. Yeah but that comes under the fact that it's LHD anyway. Same with mirror glass too, the concave and convex glass would be on opposite sides.
  20. And probably rear fog light orientation since one side had a blank in it!
  21. UK spec are identical to Euro from 90-94 with the exception of the speedo and driver orientation. When I think of UK spec, I think of Euro spec.
  22. US and Canada had wider rears on all its domestic TT models. It was just Japanese models and all NA models that came with the same width wheels front and rear.
