3inch custom exhaust dowwpipe back
the infinity exhaust looks a very nice piece of kit, shame i didn't know about them when i had to get my front pipes made up. i opted for powerflow and even though lifetime warrenty etc, the welding wasn't great

Rad cap advice
can't remember exactly, from memory i think standard is either .9 or 1.1 bar, ally rads come with a slightly higher pressure cap which is either 1.1 or 1.3

fan thermostat
i asked the same a few weeks back as i think my viscous fan is goosed, still tempted to try it but according to info i was given you need aprox a 4000cfm fan to do the job the nearest i can find is a 3630cfm 16" fan from zirgo but it's not cheap at nearly $400 for the kit, but it excludes the temp adaptor for the top hose, and a fan shroud so all in around $600. a new viscous unit i was quoted around £300 from a stealer so the viscous unit is currently my cheapest option

Welding up the brake light hole, for perspex stip WO braklight?
the back of the perspex strip with or without braklight are the same, only difference on the non brake light version is brake light area has smoked perspex ocer it, but it still has the holes for the lamp holders in the back etc, this slots into the opening of the tailgate so if you weld it up the strip won't fit

Hks sld
just a quick bit of help with this one as i have only just found this in the car after 5 years of ownership, basically i have a hks sld box with a short cable fitted and a plug on the end, i found it in the passenger side footwell whilst i was running a wire through, never seen it before even with passenger footwell carpets up before, so my question where would this usually be plumbed into the wiring?

few questions
cheers guys, i have found a zirgo fan which is 3630cfm, but the kit isn't cheap it's 374 dollars plus shipping and import tax, then i would need a shroud which ash spec do one to fit for 135 dollars plus shipping & tax, definately not a cheap fix, but if my vicous fan is goosed i've been quoted circa £300 for a new unit, no point messing around fitting a used one. so prob very close price wise. more research needed on this i think

few questions
Cheers Pete helpful as always I'll price up a replacement viscous fan compared to a electric fan around 4000 cfm

few questions
cheers guys was looking at an electric fan as i don't think my viscous unit is working correctly and as i have the uprated alloy rad with the fan shroud kind of mounted on there, but as it dosen't fit the rad correctly it is a little ugly looking, the kit i looked at was for a land rover which from experiance runs hotter than the zed but still looking at options, zed centre do one for the uprated rad at £120plus vat or £180 plus vat with brackets. the seat belt does kind of retract when i unclip it but not fully almost as though the spring hasn't got enough tension, it will wind in slowly but i need to feed the belt into the roll to help it along. i have both rubber stops on the tailgate, not sure if i removed the internal weight or not, it only knocks on deeper pot holes, but i will try the 'extra' material method i think i have an old tyre inner tube around so could glue an extra piece of rubber to the bottom of the stops and try that

few questions
i'm looking at converting the zed to electric cooling fan rather than the viscous unit, i've found a package for around £80, it includes a 38mm top hose adpator with the temp controller in, and a 14" fan (i have the upgraded alloy rad) the kit however only does 2 temp ranges so not sure if either are suitable for the zed it run either at 87 degs on 83 degs off or 92 degs on and 87 degs off would either of the ranges suit the zed? other issue relates to the seat belt series 1 j-spec type when driving i notice the belt is going loose, it's not on the top mount causing this, if i tug on the belt twice just above where is come out of the door card it pulls tight again, was there a fix for that somewhere? final issue since lowering the car i've got the tailgate knocking when i hot deeper pot holes, i've checked the latch and that is on maximum adjustment downwards are there any other adjustments to try and tighten it up slightly?

-
Induction kit
As the title what do you guys recommend, currently I have the hks mushroom filter which so far hasn't given me any wet weather issues, but I want to change it. Don't see many apexi induction kits for the zed these days so need ideas but not a cheap eBay kit
