  1. Have also seen on a Koni rear shock fitted to 300zx. No idea of the cause however.
  2. I agree, thats way overkill. Something like the Teins are 8fr/6r and you would'nt want to drive them around much on the stiffest setting ! Expect handling (and your teeth) to deteriot as it struggles to keep the tyres in contact with the road over every tiny bump/pebble/leaf you pass.
  3. Plenum water bypass AIV (dont really need engine out, but its a junkable system) Hicas ? (remove selenoid, piping) I would also junk the old EFI loom, and replace with a new one while engine is out....or it WILL give you problems afterwards.
  4. ^^^ Spot on. If your on std suspension, then your springs are sagging, your shocks will almost definatly be shot too....and unfortunatly its the same story with most zeds out there still on there original suspension.
  5. Yep, same as per all aftermarket Induction kits. Not a problem if you retain the splashgaurds, and if you have a vented nose panel then its not a bad idea to make a splash gaurd above the filter too.
  6. Just make sure its 100% dry before refitting, or it can damage the MAF.
  7. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/nissan-300-zx-twin-turbo-rare-uk-wide-arch-model_W0QQitemZ280050698314QQihZ018QQcategoryZ18238QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  8. The gearboxed are identical, no problems fitting in either.
  9. Should of selected the last option suzy
  10. Is one auto and one manual (or had a manual conversion) ?
  11. Its because your not subscribed Taff
  12. Its listed as "Other (Engine conversion)" (see...I was thinking of you mark ! ;) )
  13. blimey thats a long list/poll LOL
  14. Bored..and curious...hence the poll. I would guess most popular, in order is going to be : 1 Import TT LWB Auto 2 Import TT LWB Manual 3 UK TT LWB Auto 4 UK TT LWB Manual 5. Import NA LWB Manual . . SWB's . . Slicktops . . convertables
  15. Yes, you can access it via the inner wing. undoing 2 or 3 screws would give sufficient access. However you should be able to access it via the indicator hole. The wire runs close the hold itself.
  16. A real shame. The best of the 3...a magazine that concentrated on the real hardcore Jap tuning scene...and not the bling. Jap performance is a better mag than Banzai, yet Banzai is the biggest selling :wack: ....the readers want scoobys and neon civics :(
  17. eazzzzzy I normally do it without the Missus even noticing....in public
  18. Dont fancy those intake temps though
  19. similar story for the SW area, but we managed to get together half a dozen by including partners..etc Zed owners are miserable hermits !
  20. I have all parts available. Mirrors available in Black or Grey. Electric folding. - £40 pair Rear Discs - £30 pair Targa rubbers - £10 pair P+P - £5
  21. Your water drain holes may be blocked, so the water has no where to go and forces its way under/over the seals.
  22. You could get a valuation done at one of the 300zx Specialist garages, and there is also a guy on Zclub which offers Valuation services that may be able to help.
  23. Some nice figures....fw hp ?
  24. I;d figured the Wii as a bit of light hearted gaming, like Nintendo's other offerings.....with inferior graphics and no multimedia features..in comparison to the more hardcore offerings from like the PS3 and 360.
