  1. Have you checked for spark on that cylinder first and tried swapping the cas too ?
  2. The downpipes are longer, but the decat pipes are shorter. So overall length is the same when both are fitted.
  3. Buy LHD, thats what everyone else does. You just have some extra length which you wrap up under the battery tray, and you need to cut one of the plastic shrouds a little so that a couple of wires reach properly on the other side.
  4. 6 point will be front too. You want a 4 point if you want rear only.
  5. Repost. Pics were being shown on different forums about 2 years ago but nothing ever came of it..and reading that it sounds like the guy took peoples money and did a runner. :(
  6. Around 20pound each from memory. So just shy of 500 for all 24 :(
  7. A Stock front bumper fits in no problems. Not 100% sure about a fibreglass one.
  8. As far as I know they were test fitted to the engine, but not actually bolted up tight. I seem to recall the turbos needed to be twisted (circlip released on the turbo and one half spun around) so that the actuators cleared.
  9. yeh. I told topless about them. It was'nt actually me that seen them side by side, it was paul@swz, so as I said to him and others Im only going off what Paul told me.
  10. ahh..no ok, I thought u meant you bought the manifolds from him. I dont know the current status of his car but he did have his AMS manifolds unfitted last time we spoke.....could be an opportunity for a photo comparison.
  11. If you got them from Fastorquer then he should also have seen them both together as I ordered him a set of original AMS manifolds about 6 months back, thats why i presumed they were originals.
  12. yeh, that was me ;) So they are the ebay ones ?
  13. Nice one. You did'nt want to be the ebay guinea pig then? With the amount of work you have done yourself Jimmy you would have no problem fitting them yourself !?
  14. What is the width and offset of your new wheels ? That will tell us how far it sticks out
  15. But what would it look like watching TV programs instead of Films ? Would you end up with massive black bits at the sides....or a stretched picture ?
  16. Different performance stats though
  17. If they are adjustable you will be able to tell by looking at the top of the front struts in the engine bay. The rears on Koni's have to be removed unfortunately to adjust
  18. ooh...me next please !! That would be awesome
  19. Only with extra wiring..which I have no idea what is involved. Easier to go with the NA ECU (with TT chip) which it also recommends
  20. ahh, yes I remember now. Did you replace any bearings or just going to run it as it is ?
  21. Yep, thats correct - TT Manual front half and the NA rear half. you will need to fit NA Manual speed sensor for the TT gearbox to match the NA rear end...or you can just buy the cog gear on the end seperatly. http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_info.php?cPath=4_40_149&products_id=1484 You've probably already noticed the lack of brackets for IC piping and TT radiator brackets. The piping is a real PITA to fit, and you will need to modiify the lower crossmember for the radiator feet.
  22. Why did you fit a s13 heater box ? noisy TT gearbox?
  23. These were made by Image wheels :
  24. What rear end (subframe & diff) are you using ? TT or NA ? What gearbox are you used, TT or NA ? Are you keeping SMIC's and stock intercooler ducting ?
