  1. Still a few other bits not shown on that table as I couldn't fit it all in. Ordered a new set of piller trims, also new apexi filter and new kick plates.
  2. New Stash has arrived.
  3. Don't remind me, lol
  4. Not the best pic, but engine bay is now painted black. Need to book a day off to fit the main looms so that the wings can be fitted then the skirts. Happy days.
  5. Yeh, I was plesently surprised with the overall service and condition that they came back like. We should have these guys as a trader on here.

  9. Not far off, 440 plus vat to refurb and warranty them both, now fixed and packaged up to be sent back to me. Happy days :)
  10. The main garage is still on order so it will be another 3 or 4 weeks before its arrives. For the moment we are just ground clearing and getting as many coats of paint on the concrete when the weather is good.

I can try if we can make it a weekend.
  12. Understandable from your perspective. Its 5 meters across at the back, 6m front to back and jus over 7m at the front.
  13. Bit of painting today in the hot sun.
  14. already done, its an automated process if you pay by paypal. :)
  15. Bump, whats the average rebuild cost of a turbo ?
  16. Decided to go the whole hog and strip it all the way down. :) There's a number of good teardown videos on youtube so i'll just take my time.
  17. Just to give everything a good going over and deep clean. The engine at some point has had a bad upper plenum seal so its caked in oil. I just thought stripping it down further would allow to do a more thorough job and also inspect the top of the heads.
  18. This is where i'm currently at with my rebuild. Not planning a full strip down but rather clean and replace everything I can before putting the engine back. The question is should I strip any further than this ? There is a fair amount of oil residue and also general muck under the lower plenum so I want to clean the full thing up as much as I can myself.
  19. I believe they are JWT500 Hybrids.
  20. whats that usually cost ? Anybody had a set of turbo's rebuilt recently ?
  21. Bought a set of hybrid turbos which myself and the seller presumes were good. Further inspection it looks as if the blades on the turbos are damaged so now i'm in need of some advice. Preferably I would like to keep them so what would it take to replace the blades or the full cores if needed. This is only one of the cores and I've not yet inspected the other. Looks to me as if its debris damage of some sort.
  22. mmm, 20 litres of red garage paint has arrive :)
