Brake pipe and fittings, sizes?
There are a few videos on how to do this on You tube. Looking at the piece of kit I have to flare the pipe, its a two part process to give the SAE flared end. My tooling has 1 die, then followed by a second to give the SAE flare. To be honest I am more worried about whether I will be able to flare the factory steel lines, that I am going to join my new Kunifer lines to.

Need help finding a OE part
From memory Nick and looking at the photo it is just a push fit into the hole, as the back of the grommet is square and the hole in the return of the wing is also square that's how it stops from rotating when screwing it all together.

Need help finding a OE part
Joels photo is the correct item, for the first fitting at the edge of the wing. I bought two of these when I fitted my Twinz bumper last year, at the time CZP had them labelled up incorrectly in their parts bin, and I kept getting sent a similar, but not the correct grommet. Finally go the correct parts after 2-3 weeks of emails and photos. - - - Updated - - - Wait until you have added their cheapest shipping to it as well:thumbdown:

Wiring Specialities looms - opinions?
I have a WS that I bought from CZP 2 years ago. Engine has been out once since fitted and the plenum off a couple of times, but to my knowledge no issues, thus far.

Thanks for taking the time to check the pipe diameter Redwine300. Jim many thanks for the link and info on the pile flaring tool, much appreciated. I will make sure a post up the pictures once I get to replacing the brake lines.- Subframe bushes, removal - Options?
No oil in either on the lines. The oil cooler isn't to bad, can't remember the motor, but I will get some photos for you.- Subframe bushes, removal - Options?
Old subframe stripped of everything Now just a pile of parts to start cleaning up, painting and re-bushing- Subframe bushes, removal - Options?
I wouldn't want to attempt the brake lines, with the subframe in situ, if would be more of a faff. Dropping the subframe wasn't as bad as thought it might be. Don't suppose you remember what diameter pipe you bought do you?- Brake pipe and fittings, sizes?
Anyone know the diameter of the brake pipes? I have found on the US forum that the flare nuts for the calipers are 10mm x 1mm pitch. Can anyone confirm that this size is the same for all the pipes that bolt into the "junction blocks" like the ABS unit please?- Subframe bushes, removal - Options?
Already remove the HICAS Alic, jusr prior to dropping the subframe. A nice new Driftworks lock bar is going back eventually. Still a long way to go as I will be replacing all the rear brake lines at the same time. No worries about the oil lines, I saw them before I went to far, just couldn't get to them until the frame had dropped slightly.- Subframe bushes, removal - Options?
Well today the subframe was finally removed from the car, not to bad once everything was out the way. Nearly missed the 2x feeds from the top of the diff, that go to the oil cooler, but seeing as I am going to remove it anyway I just cut the hoses to the cooler. Tomorrow I will start remove the control arms etc so I can get all the parts powder coated.- Need a new socket set
I have mixture including Teng socket set, spannners, as well as Britool spanners in the larger sizes and their ratchet spanners. Like others have mentioned I have a few Halfords items as well, that have served me well, but I don't think their quality is quite as good as my other brands.- Playing again!

Interesting, I wonder where all the money generated from this would end up???? Not back in the local community I am sure. Probably some off shore/investment company, with connections to the Council :taz: Lets f*i#g hope that this doesn't get passed!- Genuine Nissan Parts in Stoke !!
I will defiantly be giving them a try, next time I need some OEM parts. Thanks Andy :cool2:- Radiator/coolant flush treatments?
Also make sure you use the correct coolant as well, see thread below http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?181225-Coolant-antifreeze-recommendation-amp-quantity&highlight=coolant+type Post #8 - really useful detail/s- Radiator/coolant flush treatments?
Used the Wynn's product many years ago when I first had the zed. Then flushed the system, with the clean water from the garden hose until I was sure it was as clean as possible. Then added the correct anti-freeze. I be doing the same again this year just to keep the cooling system in tip top condition. As I think the cooling system sometimes gets forgotten about, in relation to the oil servicing etc. Personally I'm not sure I would put any additive in there tbh, but that's just me. - Who bought the green stillen kitted SWB
