Underseal Recommendations
Dinitrol 4941/Car for the cavities. Billet Hammer Hydrate 80 for rust inhibitor and POR 15 to paint over the top of the Hydrate 80 Check out Practical Classic website they have reviews on the leading brands, with annual updates on how each of the tested products are performing in the real world. They have sill cross sections with each product applied to them and as I say they report on how the product is doing, year on year.

Boxhill to Brighton Sunday 18th Septemeber
Right here we go again guys..... Meet @ 9.00am (ish) Car Park at the foot of Boxhill, just opposite the Burford Bridge Hotel, RH5 6BX (http://www.accorhotels.com/gb/hotel-...el/index.shtml) No great rush to leave, I seem to remember that here is a burger/van or similar so perhaps we can grab a coffee/tea, have a chat etc before heading off. As to the route, head down the A24, via Dorking, Horsham and Worthing. Then head along the A27 towards, then A23 into Brighton, not aiming to go into Brighton itself but down to the front and turn left along Madeira Drive, Marina Parade. There is a cafe where we stop for refreshments in Rottingdean, or if anyone has any other suggestion in the nearby area then let's have them. I can look at pubs in the surrounding area if you fancy lunch and drink? There is a suitable pub just further on from Brighton The Telscombe Tavern (BN10 7AD) where we can have a drink & meal if that's what people would like?

Oil temps and water temps
Coolant temps I get 75-80 degrees during normal driving, I see up to 90-92 degrees when driving it hard for a reasonable amount of time. This is in the higher ambient temps we have been having. (Uprated radiator, no fan shroud or under tray at the moment....... I know...I know, just haven't got round to fitting it yet,) I am running a Setrab Oil cooler, (similar size to yours IIRC), from memory oil temps never higher than 80-85 degrees.

What did you do to your zed today?

Should I fit some welding tips to up the boost?
When I bought my car it had these fitted along with a Zedworld chip, (no boost controller) managed 360bhp on the Dyno IIRC

my build thread
Looking good Dan, nice to see you got the disks on the right way round. There are lots of photos on the net with the "directional vains" turning the wrong way. My brother fitted a set around the wrong way to his Subura Legacy and had been driving around on them for a year! When you get to the rears you will find that there is no hole in the disk bell to get to the handbrake adjustment cog. I ended up having to drill one in my bells to get access. :crying:
