Problem is I like being different, and at jae it was overshadowed by 2 far better silver swbs, so something needed to change, and Ive always liked gold cars and now my other toys have gone and this zeds staying for good, I can modify it for me. Twin z could work. It is having a rear diffuser, I do like the type 2 Your mates car was my inspiration lol, love that picture.

Hoping for some suggestions, I can't decide if I like my current spoiler, now I've had my fun don't want anything too over the top this time round, and baring in mind I've pushed back it's bodyshop date, I might change it, As some know my cars going gold, thats decided, but I'm thinking carbon 99 spec spoiler? Just to break the colour up a bit, anyone got any other ideas? Or know where I could get a carbon 99 spec, sure I saw a thread somewhere. Current spoiler: New colour:

I'd like to see it first hand once you've done. But I'd definitely be interested in a swb tailgate, purely for weight saving, I'd probably paint it.

Because they are slicks lol, they are designed to get alot of dry grip, it's in smaller writing but the temp rating is A, and dry grip AA, already been warned to be careful in the rain, The more contact with the road (alot for semi slicks) the more rolling resistance/ friction so worse on fuel, likewise large contact area, can't displace water well, so poor wet grip

I went a few years ago, and yours would be a zed Id choose, yours as it's a clean example, Mondo's swb and amazing interior, then JaiKai with a modified zed, and something like bobs or jaffas, just a diverse selection, I know that's more or less what we had it would just be nice to have an input, as it's why I like 300s so much they are all so different. When I was there, I saw track spec cars , ok they were real high end and rare, like old escorts, historic rally etc.

I don't understand, Surely it's a privilege enough to be on display at the NEC, without expecting the club to pay everything for you? I agree cars on display should be of a certain standard, but what my opinion of a show quality 300zx and say Funkysi's are probably very different, ( no offence intended si) All I'd like to see is a list of how can attend and commit to the weekend then a vote between those cars... We'll probably end up with the same ones anyway I know I'd have voted for JaiKai s car (and hopefully his new one) but at least those of us with substandard zeds get to fell we have a say in how the club portrayed... Sorry if I'm being narrow minded, not trying to offend anyone, just feel too much elitism actually puts potential new members off. Now I'm off to order the biggest spoiler I can find and some dump valves.. Hehe

Didn't mean it was all down to the club jae failed, previous years I've gone with adl, as simple as members talking to each other so someone brings lights music etc, if I'd know I'd have brought things, this year I will. Still think Silverstone classic is an event we should attend, help raise the profile in the right crowds. But think I'm the only one lol. Think the south East lot are doing alright at the moment plans for meets this year etc.

I think jae 2016 needs it's own thread really, moving on from last year, as it's more then a committee issue, as members we need to talk to each other, it was my first year on the club stand, and I was pretty bored really, but nothing that we can't improve on this year, I've tried to get Nissan corporate involved but they aren't really interested, Beaulieu might be a different story though. If JAE is a flagship show maybe we should start sorting it sooner rather then later, particularly as it's now more expensive lol. had alot of involvement in my previous club, ADL racing, but due to dwindling membership it's a dying club, but I know how much effort goes into running a small club let alone one this size Although as the NEC event is costing so much money, wouldn't it be better to run a poll or something to choose the cars we put forward? Not that I'd put mine its in as there are far better ones out there but seems like something that the members should have a say in? Just a suggestion. I personally enjoyed the Coventry anniversary event, great turn out, location wasn't bad, museum etc, club competition/ raffle, if that's the aim of the dedicated zed event then I'm there.

I've not driven Silverstone before and I'm still going into an intermediate session, it's only a short session, personally can't see the problem, if you get into Q you'll be out with me and Pete.
