Well from what I've seen, and the fact there's an "unofficial" recall on certain sizes, fitted to certain Nissan's, due to poor/uneven tyre wear, sorry no details could get in trouble. They are getting changed to Michelin. There an OK tyre, but not for performance cars, just my opinion. Just saying there's a reason Conti are on jukes etc, but the nismos, and zeds are not.

I've Bridgestone s001 on mine, would recommend them for grip, although they are wearing fairly quickly, ( of course that could be my driving style) Conti have gone down hill recently, I'd avoid them. Can't really recommend a supplier though, as I get all mine at trade lol.

Complete long shot, does anyone have a twinZ rear bumper or bolt on diffuser for a swb, Thought it worth a shot before I go through the hassle of importing one.

I had lwb tt autos then a lwb na manual, the na was lacking a bit top end, but the acceleration was great, had more fun in it then any of the tt's before it, That being said I have a slicktop tt manual now, and that's 1000x the best imo.

Nissan R390, Definitely one of Nissan's fastest. (yes was a road car) A 300zx tt will out accelerate both a 350 & 370 in the real world. (well family estate model might not hehe) Pulsar/ sunny gtir were stupidly quick in there day, R32 skyline is actually quicker in practice to an R33, ( oops just read the list properly they got this one right) Forgot the silvia / 200sx/ 180sx/ 240sx Primera Gt was a quick, touring car legend Z-tune iirc wasn't Nissan it was built by Nismo.

Guess I'm not getting to drive round castle combe next year either... Personally think brands Hatch would have been a better alternative with Japanese 2 at rockingham

BMW shadow chrome was suggested by a mate, I'm keeping the existing wheels I like rota gtr's that and I've a few sets of tyres for them now... So polished lip won't work, Current wheels.

I really struggled choosing the wheel, still not 100% I'm going to leave them till after the cars painted so I can do some photoshoping and see what looks best, Has anyone any suggestions on wheel colour? Not a fan of black wheels against gold.

Value is irrelevant tbh, I sold my 370z so I could make the 300zx into their it deserves to be. I'm going to build it for me.

I really like the colour, always liked '80s gold lol. Tbh always wanted a c3 corvette in gold. Found some gold sub's think they look good, Lol

Well my zeds now formally booked for end of Feb for its rust problem, as it needs both sills arches and the door looked at, as well as the new bumpers, and skirts, it doesn't leave much of the original car, so it's now changing colour... 99 spec front, with a black car.mad lip Kaminari side skirts and twin z lip, Twin z rear Wheels refurbished in anthracite And the body in OE Nissan EJ0 gold like I wanted to paint my old zed. Decided it's still Nissan, but different without being too loud. If anyone has any thoughts suggestions or reasons not to I'd like to hear, but I'm pretty set on the idea now, and our bodyshop are game.

Later into Dec the less likely I'll be bringing my zed, got to start the prep work for the new year paint job.

Was helping our dealer principal sort out one of the companies storage units, and stumbled across 2 large boxes with what appeared to be zed part numbers. After some research turns out they are a pair of brand new SLICKTOP windscreen/ roof mouldings, he thinks they were ordered by mistake, many years ago, as until mine they'd never seen a slicktop It's a real result he said I can have them, which is great as I need them and they are nla from Nissan...

I'm up for another meet, Tbh we could do a bit of a swap meet, if we started a new thread we could post up what we have / looking for, do some trading, I've a garage full of bits that are no good to me anymore.

Thanks that's great information, might look into cryogenic treatment, interesting they stopped at 89 mm maybe that would be safer in the long run.
