Yes - I have nothing but good things to say regarding my dealings with Harry at Image - he is a top guy IMHO :smartass: He has made me two sets of wheels and we are now talking about my third set (WHICH ARE GONNA BE HUGE!!) Hope that helps.- Fuel Rail (High level) is ready at last...
Andy - was it a case of threading the cables up through whilst re-fitting the plenum - or just poking them in and fishing them out with a bit of bent wire [afterwards] kinda process? I would like to keep as much 'out of the way' as possible whilst fitting the upper plenum as there is a HIGH RISK of trapping a wire or something and then - decending into hellish diagnostics, leaks, blah blah - plenum off etc... :punk:- Fuel Rail (High level) is ready at last...
Not on this car yet - waiting for the JD chip to be delivered - but it has been tested to death on another car so I do not anticipate any unknown issues. But of course - there will be some ;-)) :sweatdrop::mellow::cool2:- Fuel Rail (High level) is ready at last...

For the coilpack connectors yes I think so - should have plenty of room, for the injector connectors - I kinda have a crazy idea of making a polished distribution panel and using goosneck trunking if I have space - dunno yet - left side of brain is taking over ;-)- Fuel Rail (High level) is ready at last...

You need about 50cm of 15mm chrome pipe from your local heating/plumbers. You can usually buy half a length which is about 1.5M - but you might get lucky and get and odd end for a couple of squids. Half length is about 7-8 squids. Then some 8-10mm rubber o rings to float the 15 mm pipe - I found it worked best if you put the o-rings in the pipe and then slide it on. (You could also use old silicon that you could make thr right size to padd the pipe) The throttle pulley wheel is the one with the locking pin through it, and the 15mm pipe fits over this nicely, but you might have to get your angle grinder out and cut a grove so it sits flush over the pulley spindle/lock pin. Obviously don't cut them too long so that the whole thing gets tight, you only have one spring for the throttle return now so... (Not a problem as the spring's on each throttle body are very strong.) I used the bit of 15mm pipe left over to join 2 x 90degree 16mm connections for the IAA Valve Feed Pipe. 2 x MOCOL 90 degree 16mm red silicon at £7.00 each - job jobbed!- Project 630z Update - January/February 2010
