  1. Been around for a while now! Still as good as when I first saw it.
  2. People has said you can just take it out. When I tried how ever the exhaust system was in the way!
  3. Talking about Civics I had a supersonic blue Civic with nice Advan TC alloys and a nice front/rear lip with a spoon sports carbon roof spoiler! People always knew who I was due to the two plush seals I had in the front of the window screen! You aint on the Civic Sports club forum way back when it started by any chance? I couldnt blame you for taking notice on how you drive. I had my old silver TT Z snake on me once. Not very fun that! Was just running down to Greenwich to get some cheapo super petrol! Couldnt be bothered to do my Gallons Reach Tesco run yesterday. I'm around Brixton/Oval ish. Depends on what you wanna call it! Where are you about?
  4. Was it you? God you people are making my Z look common these days! Rear lights where tinted so it looked like it has 6 pots, some sort of GT wing in black, twin single exit exhaust and your a smoker! So who are you!?
  5. Was it you with the hi-spolier yesterday night!? Should have spotted me in my grey Z going towards Sainsburys Greenwich.
  6. Piss easy, just take the old one out, and shove the new one in! If only the intercooler pipes wasnt in the way! You might need to get a new jublie clip for the top rad pip going into the koyo. If it wasnt for that, it would have taken me alot less then the 4-5hours to figure it all out, remove the old rad and fit the koyo in!
  7. And a bitch to get the fitting right!!!
  8. I think a realistic price would be around £300+. Though it might be a better idea to sell the frames separately as the seats can be sold for almost £250 on ebay from what I've seen.
  9. Put it this way, the subframes brand new are at least £130 for a single side, coupled with the fact that the Recaros that where on the Zed are worth about £250 second hand for the pair you can figure it out! Personally I ditched my Z leathers for recaros, holds you in better.
  10. It wouldnt have made any difference. If you havent noticed almost all of the 'Supercars' have some sort of sports heritage. The Z from what I know of doesnt have that. Not only that, it doesnt help with the fact that the Z came in many different forms... 2+2, 2+0, convertable, TT form, NA form... it just dilutes it. How many supercars do you see with that many different body options! The Z was never made as a supercar... more a GT car instead. As for the NSX, they did have help from a certain F1 driver and the car was designed in that respect. The Z how ever wasnt. So does that make the Skyline GT-R a supercar? NO it doesnt! Personally, I dont give a shit if it's not a supercar or not. All I know is that I'm quite happy with the looks on people's face when they say "It's only got a Z badge... what is it?".
  11. The standard Z seats where all the same apart from the slight change with the tweed seats to a more softer type from Series 2 onwards I believe. Another change was that the series 2 seats where all electric (both passengers and drivers) where as the series 1 where just drivers side. Of course you can't use a drivers seat for a passenger's side... the seat belt clip is bolted on the wrong side! =P As for the Recaros they where for the Version-R 300ZX which you should have!
  12. Yup, will be there! Need to find out how much power my TT is pushing!
  13. Prob gonna be quite busy from weekend onwards! Though I'm quite free during the weekdays apart from Thursdays.
  14. Aint there a difference between the years as well? As I've seen a few TT bars which dont look like the one I have on my TT!
  15. Dont live around the area, in fact I live on the London end of the A3 where it starts! Was just paying a visit to Garsons on the day for a little fruit picking! First time I've been spotted too! Dont mind meeting up sometime, just need a time and place really!
  16. I know you saw me in my grey Z and seemed quite surprised that there was another Z around! SO which one of you was it!?
  17. Not going to happen. You have to actually remove the bumber before you can even unbolt the thing. Quite annoying really as once you've done that you have a big fat hole!
  18. I quite like this line:- .
  19. Got my first Zed TT about 1year and 1/2 ago. Cost a lot less then the average price at the time which was around £4k+. A year and a bit later the engine died on me. By that time I had already spent a good £2k on bits and bobs for the car, mostly upgrades for the car. Decided to get another Zed TT rather then rebuild, cost less then the first one, haven't had any problems with that as of yet other then two ECU error codes! It's actually running alot better then my first one and in a better condition with lots of history to it. One thing I do have to say is that the gearbox and engine where replaced before I got it.

Hoho, wait until the little one does a pooh in front of that! Looking damn good! Do you do requests?
  21. At the end of the day, the car is only as realiable as the service history and the way the owner treats it. Personally I paid more for my first Z and that just died on me a year later. So I got myself another one and that one is running fine with no problems at all. Price on the other hand doesnt always dictate the quality of the car. And there's nothing wrong with autoboxes, as long as it's got the extra cooling if your going for a Jap import.
  22. Yup, stupid fuse blown for side lights as said above. I had the same problem due to a crappy install of a rear fog light. Every time I tried turning the fog light off it would blow the fuse, leaving me with high beam only, with no other lights as you've mentioned.
  23. Yes you can, that's is what I've done with my own HIDs.
  24. Is this knocking as in blowing your engine up? If so I think I might still have my little clip of my old 300ZX knocking to death.
  25. That isnt a engine out job is it? Not really too sure how to go about it. I've already done the intercooler and rad so just looking at other ways to keep the temp down as much as poss. I'm planning to replace all hoses while I'm there but holding out as I need new turbo hoses first. But I'll go look into this water wetter stuff!
