  1. Get the kids working on the problem, they have smaller hands!
  2. A new backup switch came with your '98 box (mine did). Apparently you can: http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=technical&msg_id=790157 Before you try that you should check the switch connector is correctly plugged in. The contacts for corrosion (esp body side old harness) are clean. You could test the switch itself with a multimeter for open/close operation and also short the body side part of the connector to see if the lights work.
  3. Bit of Déjà vu Gary, been here before. Best to check resistance, wiring and connectors before condemning injector.
  4. Assuming you have original stock injectors fitted then 370CC old style (pintle). https://conceptzperformance.com/nissan-infiniti-nissan-oem-300zx-fuel-injector-set-370cc-set-90-94-tt-purple-top-16600-40p07-s_p_1599.php You have done resistance check on injector (10-14 Ohms)?
  5. Would be good to visit as Club event. https://www.battleofbritainmemorial.org/
  6. UK specs had dummy body coloured third brake light. Strange that the instrument binacle is the correct black colour.
  7. Having had another closer look at the car what is odd is this (arrowed). The car is also missing its "Twin Turbo" badge on the spoiler. Perhaps all is not as it first might seem.
  8. Smart! For reference, what are the specs of the wheels and spacers (if used)?
  9. Well you have a 1 in 40 chance that your EH7 car was the one used! Yours being built in August '90 (and taking the build cut-off as October '90). If the show car's transmission can be determined then the odds come down further to 1 in 24 for a manual car like yours.
  10. Does this ring a bell? Photo taken at Nissan stand at the N.E.C. Birmingham at the British International Motor Show in October 1990.
  11. Congratulations - exciting times!
  12. Nice numbers. For a minute I thought the top picture of the black Z was yours...
  13. These parts turned up from Specialty-Z today. Last significant items for the "bolt on" build. I'll post some more pictures of all the stuff I have collected over the years (literally!) in the "Project 1547 Journal" in the next few days. Exciting times!
  14. If you mean splitting the panel open then this might be of help to you. http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/tech/illrp/illrp.html
  15. Welcome back! Would be great to see photos of your car. BTW, you can look up the build date and original spec here: https://gtr-registry.com/en-fairlady-z-z32-japan.php
  16. Best wishes on your Birthday Nick!
  17. Part #'s here: https://conceptzperformance.com/search.php?search=+weatherstrip+2%2B2&filter=1
  18. I was thinking more Liberace myself, but great choice!
  19. MOT pass today with no advisories. Great result for a thirty year old car.
  20. Best wishes on your Birthday Ian!
  21. Congratulations to you both - have a good trip and an even better w/e!
  22. Best wishes Arthur on your Birthday!
  23. Welcome to the Club and thank you for your support! We are here to help you with your Z32 quest.
  24. James, checking against this parts database for JDM GZ32 (2+2 NA): https://nissan.epc-data.com/fairlady_z/gz32/6029-vg30d/engine/211/14075N/ has that part as 14075N: pipe assembly, heater feed part#14053-30P10 Looks like this: https://www.nissanpartsdeal.com/parts/nissan-pipe-assy-heate~14053-30p10.html I've bought parts from these folks in Japan, you could email them to see if available. https://jp-carparts.com/zh/nissan/part_detail.php?maker=nissan&type=132&cartype=4&fig=211&part=1405330P10&page=1&img=211A 001
