  1. Currently up for auction in the US with bidding now at $20,000 with 6 days to run a clean low mileage example. How high will bidding go? https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1991-nissan-300zx-twin-turbo-54/ BTW - this is yet another example of a good Z32 up for auction on BAT showing the car being lifted incorrectly on the sills. Lifting damage to the front sill area is clearly visable. If it was my car I would be livid!
  2. Another random grab (someone call Joel mentioned):
  3. Nice to see we got picked up by the insurer I use (click for hi-res). Joel you were there in spirit! https://www.classiclineinsurance.co.uk/2021-nec-classic-motor-show-photo-highlights/
  4. Assorted pictures from this years show (click for hi-res).
  5. Sorry to read of your woes. Buying from overseas will always have a risk of dealing with faulty goods. I've never had a problem with the quality of parts from the likes of CZP, Speciality Z and Z1 over the years. However, I have made a point of avoiding anything made by AMS.
  6. Just had an email from the organisers and the car has been accepted for display on the circuit.
  7. Welcome to the Club Ed and thank you for your support! Great to see another UK spec on the mend. Re speedo - also check the speed sensor and wiring/connector on the gearbox. You should replace the cam belt (service interval 60K or 5 years). If you PM me the VIN of the car I will add it to the UK specs database I am building. In the meantime you can look up the details here: https://gtr-registry.com/en-300zx-z32-uk-europe.php (put the VIN in the search box)
  8. Although not in your immeadiate area it would be well worth the effort to get your car to Jim at PowerZed near Bristol. https://www.facebook.com/PowerZed-331214947014135/
  9. Best wishes on your Birthday Nick!
  10. Registered the Z to display. Assuming the application is accepted and weather OK I will be there.
  11. Currently up for auction in the US with bidding on first day at $9,990 with 7 days to run another very clean low mileage example. How high will bidding go? The last example on BAT with a similar spec and mileage went for $55K. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1990-nissan-300zx-twin-turbo-66/
  12. Happy to display and attend for the duration.
  13. For the benefit of others, what was the answer?
  14. Sorry, you asked for the starter circuit. This is the full power supply routing circuit diagram for a RHD car which includes the other circuits running off the ignition switch. Use the two together for the full picture. You OK with the wire colour coding? EL-5.pdf
  15. More pictures from the day. We had a lovely location overlooking the Brands Hatch circuit. These photos are from later in the day when there were less people around, but I thought the event was well attended by Clubs and visitors alike. Many thanks to those who made the trip to attend and in particular Aftab and Michael who came all the way from Nottinghamshire and Norfolk respectively! Our Club display of cars looked great. Michael, I'm sorry I didn't get a photo of your Silver car. The pictures are hi-res if you click on them.
  16. Welcome to the Club! Assuming it is for a RHD car (your profile is incomplete) this the starter circuit:
  17. Currently up for auction in the US with bidding now at $45,250 with 4 days to run a very clean low mileage example in EH7. How high will bidding go? https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1990-nissan-300zx-twin-turbo-65/
  18. Best wishes Stephen.
  19. I guess the Gradual Dawning did it for you then Vig?
  20. Thanks Alex. Ian, if you draw a blank with the organsiers I will send over the event email I received yesterday.
  21. So we have nine cars on the latest list Alex?
  22. Ian, did you register using the instructions at the top of this thread? I don't have your name on the list of 8 cars that I have.
  23. Just received an email today from the organisers detailing instructions for the event for those who registered to be on the Club stand. *** If you would confirm that you have also received the email by posting in this thread that would be great *** Entry to the site is via the "Show entrance" (Airfield gate) from the A20. Aim to arrive at the Yellow zone entry time of 7:30am. You will need to download and print off the Yellow zone pass and fill out the requested details and display in your car's windscreen on arrival. We are on pitch 11 in the Yellow zone (see below). As you enter the venue you will be directed into the show area and towards our Club stand. Event officials will help you get into position. Please look out for them as they are there to help you. A sign displaying our club's name will be positioned in our area and the edges will be clearly marked on the ground. As space is limited, we need to make sure all our cars fit within the boundaries. We have space for 8 cars. As well as a car pass, everyone will need a ticket to get in. These can be purchased online in advance before 4pm this friday on the event website or at the gate, albeit at a slightly higher price.
