  2. or you can 'T' into the brake servo vac line...
  3. that's fine matey, lots of people don't bother with the vac tanks.... when i did mine, i didn't have the vacuum tanks, so I extended the pipe over to the battery where i fitted a small vac tank from a primera (same as the cylinder one for the zed) and back again with a one way valve, works a treat!
  4. Very true, if you are trying to achieve the brochures apparent MPG figures, they are done under the best possible circumstances, and are unlikely in real life, especially if your not 99 years old and actually have a right foot that works :)
  5. start an argument with a woman, she'll keep it up all night (but not in the right way)...
  6. I voted for a 300, obviously the best car out of them, but........... I have always wanted an RX7, and I WILL buy one when I can, so, go with your instinct matey....

  10. so when it's at rest, should still be 20 PSI with the trigger pulled if that's what you've set your compressor at...
  11. I would say 20 PSI on the gauge going into the gun...
  12. I used to be an electro-medical engineer, I just prefer the easy life mate :) Whatever works... Does seem correct, you can't really go far wrong, as long as your signal wires are correct way round, it's only a positive and negative... Those senders are known to go duff, mine is playing up, just double check it, then if it's right, it has to be the converter I suppose? Especially as you speedo works fine without it....
  13. my mates got an EK9 type R import, yeah, it's pretty rapid, but come on, he doesn't stand a cat in hells chance aginst my Zed, even at stock boost...
  14. when i did mine, i just used the screws on the back of the speedo, they are they connections for it, positive, negative and signal, and spliced intp one from the loom with a bullet connector so the cluster is still easily removed, much easier that soldering to that crappy material.... not much help mate but just thought i'd say!
  15. what's the best way to balance them? Just use your eyes?
  16. stainless steel means 'stains less', not actually 'stainless' as most people think... I used a brillo pad then some cymbal polish on mine, looks lovely :)
  17. so what is the possible top speed of a healthy zed, rev limiter raised and enough road?
  18. take them to bits and put em in the boot :)
  19. maybe the throttle position sensor (TPS) needs adjusting?
  20. have tried mate, not happening, and because of it, I've had to be a named driver for 3 years and gained jack diddly shit NCB.... piss pants poor, just gotta get the first year out way, and grin and bare it, and take one for my country as they pull down my pants and blatently pokey pokey bum **** gang rape me. turds.
