should email him and ask what condition the back seats are in :)
-
Grooved discs
the pad is gripping the disc further away from the centre, so therefore, more leverage and better braking, plus a bit better heat dispersion, it is an upgrade....

anyone on here that could email me the fails from a cars MOT via VOSA database? It's a clio I'm working on, fixing the fails, and there's loads of them, and lost the sheet! I think I've fixed them all from memory, but would like to make sure before handing it over! Can do it via email if preffered, that's if anyone can.... dirtytudor @ hotmail . co . uk Many thank if anyone can....

relationship advice please
get out there and get your dick wet :) Good luck with Wednesday pal, don't be too needy or desperate, even if it goes badly, maybe even just have a chat as friends, don't even mention a relationship, you could always meet up again... And if it does go badly, and she says it ain't gonna happen, definately HAVE to cut all ties and wipe her out of your life, that includes keepskes, presents she gave you, anything that reminds you of her etc. bin em all, it's the only way dude...

Keep at it pal, a second opinion from someone in the know-how is always handy, but as I always say, you have to cock something up before you know how to do it right! :)

My Old Car Clocked
when I bought mine, the odometer wasn't working, soon found out it was because the cogs had all been super glued together so they didn't turn... Not bothered tho, it's fully re-built and brand new now :)

02 sensor replacement on TT
are you sure they are knackered? what are your symptoms?
-
02 sensor replacement on TT
yeah mate, I got mine on conzult as it was overfuelling badly, and they were both goosed! Changed them and it was miles better mate, she's still not quite on the road, but conzult readings were correct, and a few test drives I could definately tell the difference... If your stuck, you can just unplug them both, the ECU drops into a bog standard setting, lots of people on here are doing that and like the results, give it a try?

02 sensor replacement on TT
and the garages round your way must be run by little girls :)

02 sensor replacement on TT
in theory, yes, but they'll be very tight... If your replacing them, then you break the old ones off so you can get a normal socket on to remove them. How I did it, was break the old ones off, but with the nut on the sensor being a bit soft, it actually screws into a boss on the turbo elbow, I removed that with the sensor in it, put it in a vice, and removed the sensor, oiled it up then re-fitted the boss, then the O2 sensor. It is a bit cramped, but if you remove the battery and a few other bits, and use a couple of extensions and a universal joint you'll get them, I did both mine first time in less than 2 hours easily... You'll need an O2 sensor socket tho, it has a slot in the side for the wires... HTH...
