  1. should be steak & bj YEAR, not enough hours in 1 day!!!
  2. no, unfortunately not, well, I suppose it depends what condition yours is in, they tend to soak up water and peel away at the edges, if that is the case, then no chance, however, if yours is in excellent condition, which is highly unlikely given the age of these cars, then possibly, but to be honest mate, your gonna have to remove it and replace with a fibreglass replica, if that's the route you wanna go down, could go smoothed, high level, mid level etc. although they would require you to spray/fill the holes in the boot lid...
  3. yeah, disconnect the prop shaft, as even in neutral, the oil pump in the box wont be working, so bearings etc. will be starved of oil but still spinning, which = badness...
  4. manifold is on the car, I'm a good welder, but wouldn't try and pool weld the hold in the manifold, I don't want anything dropping in that would get blasted through the turbo... just wish I could find the original, and pool weld that, but I can't find it! either way, it has to be done tomorrow, so I'll find something...
  5. Check my mate out, I'm currently working on something big with him, been in several bands with him, he's phenomenal... http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=stu+clark+breedlove&aq=f
  6. I'm sure I remember reading, if you were to turbo an NA, with the higher compression ratio etc. it would be pretty meaty, I'm sure JeffTT mentioned something ages ago...
  7. Check your power steering fluid level matey, the light is also a low fluid level warning light...

  11. are these what I need to sort out the play? Both wheels, and also how much are the track rod ends? Can't seem to find a rough price anywhere, as mine has play in both joint on one side, and one joint on the other, so may as well change all 4.... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-REAR-INNER-TIE-ROD-END-NISSAN-300ZX-89-95-4-WHEEL-/320483876589?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4a9e53deed

  18. I know exactly what your saying guys, have removed the engine 4 times already in the past, I know the crack, but all I have to do is get 10mm clearance from the turbo to block, so I can screw something in, then I'm done, also, everything, and I mean everything that needs doing to the engine has been done, the 2 days has also been prepping for under seal etc...... It's just that horrible metal tab on the turbo bolt!!!
