  4. Haha, I'll have her....
  5. No pictures, but the reg is : H775 KBY Silver LWB, JDM, NA, my mate just bought it today, stolen recovered, just wondered if it was anyone's on here, think it's from London way....
  6. I hate stabbing them too, even if there is loads of room (which there isn't really on a Zed) it's messy and I always worry i could damage the thread on the oil tree, last resort for me that...
  7. Happy Birthday pal!!!
  8. could be many things matey, but doing the diagnostic check might give you a good idea, and post your findings on here and we'll go from there...
  9. the reason I said that is because the stock boost gauge is known to be inaccurate and could be giving a false reading, but you just cleared that up... Have you tried doing a diagnostic check? http://www.zmods.org/index.php?page=ecu_diag
  10. did the car perform differently? Or are you just going by what the gauge was telling you, and if so, is it the original boost gauge?
  11. it did seem of very good quality i have to admit, whether there are any benefits i don't know, but k&n bull it up saying funky things...
  12. especially with no oil pressure :)
  13. Haha! :detective:
  14. i've got the k&n one, cost me about 8 quid i think, whether it's better or not i don't know, but it does have a 19mm (i think) nut on the end which makes fitting and especially removing easier...
  15. you thinking of a lightened one or something? and it's easy if you can loosen the bolt, highley likely tho it'll be tight as a penguin's punani, there was a thread a couple of days ago about just that, JeffTT and others gave a few tips...
  16. I had 2 years NCB, went away working on cruise ships for 3 years, came back and bought the Zed, turns out I now dont have any NCB because if your not insured on a car for any more than 2 years, you lose it! Aaaargh, *******s.
  17. you look boiling in that picture mate
  18. I like the roof bars mate, I wouldn't have done it to mine (mine are shiny black vinyl), but I really like how it looks on yours, really suits! (if that makes sense, must be a shorty/silver thing!) either way, looking very bootiful all round, love the wheels too..... she's purrrty...
  19. useless post by me, but i don't recognise that... what year is your car mate?
  20. was the USB cable plugged into it when you dropped? Could well be the cable damaged, or the socket on the HDD, try givin it bit of a waggle etc...
