speed sensor
couple of examples for ya : It's basically the solder on the joint has gone a little crusty over time, and can break away from the pin of the component, causing a dicky connection, it's cured by just going over them all with a soldering iron and some solder... Have you tried banging the top of your clock cluster to see if it jumps into life whilst driving? It's worth giving the joints a going over anyways, any you can get to really...

speed sensor
could be your kph to mph converter (if it's an import, and if it has one fitted) or could be dry solder joints on the back of the speedo cluster. Also, have you checked your fluid level? Power steering fluid is also used for the hicas, hence the light... A good search on these will give you more idea matey...

sounds about right, you also have the price of the architect/drawings, all the inspections etc.... ball ache really, but needs to be done... Have built a few in my time, but never had much to do with the planning side of things, just all the donkey work... If you can do the interior yourself, or call in favours, i.e. plastering, sparky, plumber etc. could reduce the cost a fair bit...- Top Gear Specials tonight.
the 'USA special' is an old one :( USA special is new tho, and the three wise men jobby...- Any Builders On Here
also ask to see a similar job they have done previously, and speak to the people who had the work done, will give you an idea on their professionalism... sounds like overkill, but unfortunately there are a lot of dodgy barstewards out there. as for price, after the initial build, the worlds your oyster mate...- Locked out of me bleedin' car!

Mine is banging :) Top day in the boozer with Poppa Tudor :duffer: As much as I hate Christmas, it's always a good session! Got off to a bad start tho, fixing frozen pipes at 8 in the morning, but at least it worked up a thirst!- Boost jet idea...
I had 1mm boost jets in my zed when i bought it, but have removed them as i was getting random boost spikes, but have had an idea... What if i was to put a 2mm jet in each end of each pipe? In theory that would still effectively give me 1mm, but with the gap inbetween, might cure the spikes? What do ya reckon? Tudor...- Headlights. Jap over UK spec.
and taking them out, apart and cleaning them makes a mahoosive difference, and is essential really if fitting hids, my dad just bought me a set off ebay for 28 quid! half n hour to fit and they are the dogs danglies now :)- Would like to try boost test?
Have you finished with it matey, I've got a boost leak :) - Speed Sensor...
