Holy crap, how clean?
It looks really nice, and its how I want mine to look, To be honest it doesn't look that hard to get, just black stonechip, Exhaust new or clean and gearbox shot blasted, and if done with stonechip should last for a long time, without chipping, Im an mot tester and spend a lot of time under cars and the newer cars that have stonechip under them even 10 years old still look good and no rust, Then things like ka's with just paint have big holes lol...or old cars with tar like underseal floors are gone. I stonechipped mine and it don't look far off that, once I shot blast the gearbox, and I'm shot blasting my exhaust pipes cause there not stainless but the boxes are, gonna polish up the boxes and spray all the pipes with silver high temp paint... Here's mine... My galaxy s4 camera is crap and it looks much better then in the pics,

underseal or stone chip for under car ?
If you do fancy drilling holes dinitrol kits normally come with 10mm grommets. I have skirts so I am thinking of drilling holes right at the bottom so I can just put it on a ramp at work and squirt it in... If you do them out of sight If you do fancy drilling holes dinitrol kits normally come with 10mm grommets. I have skirts so I am thinking of drilling holes right at the bottom so I can just put it on a ramp at work and squirt it in... If you do them out of sight it shouldn't be a problem, Take the front arch liners out and at the front of seal theres a big grommet pull that out and u can get a long the seals. And has above kick plates off and theres loads of places to get in there...

Fibreglass boot lid with set back window
There was an orange zed that parked near Leysdown with one of them, It had a wide arch kit, it was about 6 yrs ago at the time I really liked it and I liked wide arches and round lights. Now I only like zeds with nearly nothing on... Funny how things change.

random question
Mines got 2 huge greddy/trust exhaust but its actually not that loud, Its got a grumble to it, and throaty but not stupid loud mine is stainless boxes and normal steel pipes which I think makes it sound less tinny... The na cars will allways be a lot louder then a tt...

underseal or stone chip for under car ?
I used dinitrol stonechip, in the arches and under the car, And dinitrol cavity wax inside the sills and box sections. If you use wax oil it never dries so every time your under it its gonna be messy... I even done subframes in stonechip, paint or powder coat will chip. And stone chip I can just keep spraying bits in if they did get scratched off. powder coated subframe is gonna look crap if you scrape it up...

Reshelling
I've re shelled mine twice, Its not that bad, even sprayed the whole thing before putting it back together. When I had my unit took a week, strip it paint it and put all the parts from my uk zed on it... So even the dash everything was off stripped to the shell... This was it finished and I must have enjoyed it that much im doing it again lol This is it now, its taken me a long time this time cause I've done it at home, I stripped it all then re under sealed it all, Had to send it somewhere else to be painted. and rebuilding engine and having to save up the money... Im a mechanic so I work on cars, so it was ok for me to do the nuts and bolts, I allways mess up on the bodywork side of things and I've had to get others to do that. But if u have the space and time go for it, your zed will mean a lot more to you in the finish...

Reshelling
I'd say pretty straight forward, Worse bit is gonna be fitting the intercooler pipework, would need to make or use brackets from original car, The bit where the radiator drops into you could do with them from tt and put them on the new shell. You could use the na loom just use a boost controller to control the boost. But the loom can come out with engine, just unplug it at the ecu, you have to remove few bits behind glove box... the engine, loom and gearbox around a weekends work if your ok around a car, With all the other bits probably a couple of weekends,

Has you say on a really hot day, but generally mine never kicks in unless there's something wrong, Im not lucky enough to take mine abroad either would love to drive my zed to spain or france would be a perfect car for it..in the front lol.. about 10 years ago I had a prelude vtec me and I drove it to denia near benidorm I drove it in 1 go only stopping for a couple of coffee food breaks would brilliant, Me and my brother went in the car my misses and brothers misses and my daughter who was 6 months flew.. the prelude I thought was gonna be hell was so comfortable and done it effortlessly, Been a couple of times with parents in a space cruiser and a merc a class, both of them hurt sitting down etc but the prelude seats were hard and standard bucket type seats but were great. the front zed seats are really comfortable bet there great...
