With the aircon on it should, but in normal conditions it shouldn't kick in at idle. it should be kicking in emergency if things are really getting hot. car shouldn't be getting that hot 105degrees Unless in really hot weather, or something wrong. even when its really hot in summer mine don't kick in, A while back I had a dodgy viscous and you couldn't touch the plenum after a good drive it was so hot under the bonnet I got another viscous and now the plenum is cool to touch even after a long drive. So even things like a slightly worn viscous could have it kicking in.

Yeah doing the bypass but forgot to knock the pipes out, think it will do more damage now trying to remove them... Balance bar, cambelt covers, rocker covers will be going white like the colour of the car, Got all blue hoses too. Cheers for all the replies....

Mine never kicks in, but its there incase viscous needs help and I like it there has a warning, stock gauge will read half way when this kicks in but its very close to overheating if its constantly kicking in then u know something may be wrong. I had a slight water leak once and it was saying it was not overheating on the gauge sitting at half way,but the fan kicked in while it was on idle, fixed slight leak and its never kicked in since, the leak must of stopped the water getting up to pressure and circulating.

Yeah looking over it is no problem, sat or sun would be best for me... I look at cars every day, im an mot tester and a fussy ****er (ocd) with zeds so should be able to give u a pretty good idea if its ok.

That fan wired in has standard is used by the car has an emergency fan. Wired in standard to come in if the car gets a bit hot, I have no aircon rad but still have the fan in its original place.

To be honest I think they look a bit weird with targa's off if there black or body colour it spoils the shape, I like taking targa's off in summer for the noise and wind etc... But don't like the look that much.

Mine are black makes the front screen, targa glass and rear screen all look like one piece of glass, And I think they look more modern... it would all look like glass once the glass is back in lol...

Hi mate I removed my power steering cooler and diff cooler, never had a problem every jap zed hasn't got it so don't worry about it. And less to go wrong or leak...

My uncle has one of them bentleys, that one is over the top... His is a 6.0litre w12 twin turbo, think its 3.5 seconds to 60 and 200mph... The brake disc are about 18 inches the size of my zeds wheels they were the biggest brakes fitted to a production car, and there carbon ceramic, 4 pads in each caliper lol... In the second pic u can see the size of the brakes... got nice seats too...

Im building an engine too. Got Gt2560 turbos Weisco piston Eagle rods Denso 850cc injectors Downpipes So hoping should be near that really, when put new wheels on gonna buy toyo r888 or similar. Cousin got them on his celica with over 400bhp and grips but his is 4wd. In some ways I wish I kept tt rear but its to late now lol...just hope mine is ok...

I got rid of mine too, went na rear end total different car in my opinion, Pulls much harder in any gear makes the car feel like its a lot smaller and lighter. And it does what I say the hicas can be tricky if u actually drive it hard and not just plod around...

And u have lines running up to the back of car u gotta take them all off and throw it away mate...

Looks like your car is a uk spec with power steering cooler, either loop it in or take it out and throw it away...

It will not come off lol, jeff said to do it the same way when I bought an na rear end... Theres a jubilee clip thing there allready, if it was really high pressure it would not be jubilee clipped on. To be worried about jubilee clipping it better get rid of the original one the other side of the silly scruffy looking metal thing lol...

Mines been like above a long while never had a problem, just replaced standard jubilee thing with a normal jubile and I never bothered flaring the pipe...

Just cut the pipe where the red line is with saw etc, and undo jubilee type clip where purple line is pull the pipe out and stick red line in purple one... It has a jubilee type clip one side so if pressure was that high it would blow that off...

I've done it but the captive nuts are not in some of the holes. Rear belts bolt straight in, fronts I had to cut a slit put a big washer with a nut on the back, And weld it. Ok if all interior is out, sure u will need the rear quarter and door cards too.

I gave up in may last year, smoked for 15yrs I didn't use anything just quit. You will pass one habit for another, 1st day was hard after that its pretty easy. I've had a couple of times where I've had a drink and been pretty drunk and smoked. But dont smoke the following day, so if its a family party say new year may have a sneaky one with all the smokers lol but can get up in the morning and not even think about smoking or want one. My boss smokes and it does not make me want to. I got cessation nation app on my phone its quite good, Tells u how much u have recovered, How many days u have give up, How many fags not smoked and how much money saved. And how much longer u might live lol... Only problem I've had since quitting is in school I had asthma, when I was 15 the asthma went, never used an inhaler since, 15 was about when I started smoking, Quit smoking within few months asthma has come back and use an inhaler quite often. but the times I've had a drink and smoke dont need inhaler for few days so its like the smoke numbs my lungs for a bit. Had a look on the net they reckon fags have some kind of bronchial dilator in them similar to inhaler to disguise breathing difficulties and open your airways to get that rush. But asthma aint really a problem, can treat it, but symptoms of lumg disease may be not treatable, was pretty easy to give up, just count 1 day 2 days then weeks then you'll forget all about it... i wouldnt use anything cause you'll still be addicted to something just give up and suffer for a day or two, and goodluck...

There's one that parks in Rainham, if u turn right at barclays bank, station rd, follow it all the way to the bottom. Its in a front garden. Think that ones is white. there was an l reg one on the roundabout at sheerness tesco last week, Just pulled up hope it hadn't broken down, sure it was blue.

Look at ptu and cas, 2 sensors on cambelt covers, They would have been disturbed doing belt change. Check the wiring plugs are on properly. Also the coolant temperature sensor on the pipes would have been disturbed so worth checking. Hope u get it sorted...

Yeah my coilovers when I sprayed my engine bay, I got primer on them. The red bits where u can adjust soft or hard. But im gonna paint them candy blue to match the plenum...
