  7. i know for a fact there are three Zs that are fairly common in the leic area that arent in the club - two dark blues and a silver :( but will keep an eye out for the 'scort from now on :D
  8. i guess more things can go wrong with the auto box itself, true... but the auto box protects the rest of the engine by making its own decisions - ie. not changing down from 5th into 1st on the motorway... stuff like that...
  9. i may be off to manchester within the next fortnight to see girlfriends new flat so i must pop in and have a nose around
  10. depends how long you use it and how it is set up. eg. some systems inject it at low revs until the tubbies kick in. others use a boost-controller-style unit. TBH i dont know, ive been watching F&F too much :slap: :) i have to admit im pulling my hair out and trying not to click on the BUY button

  12. 0.9mm
  13. I've always been toying with the idea of an underdrive pulley. I can say that my induction cone is made by Bomz tho and it seems to be ok.
  14. the interior of the 350 is gorgeous, but doesnt have the 'cockpit' feel of the 300 ;)
  15. yeah youre right nick - its from the Beast From The East DVD. i think its a supra engine transplant pushing out 1000bhp    after he stops the car, mr. n slumps back in his seat and lights up a fag!!
  16. Im so sorry to hear that Ya5. Just after your other accident as well   I recognise that bend straight away - just before the train station?
  17. Bailey tend to be one of the cheapest BOVs you can get - although their quality is still good. My mate has one on his Punto GT Turbie and it sounds good. The only problem is youre gonna need 2 for the Z.
  18. http://www.hksusa.com/categories/?id=1959 Danny did a GB on these a couple of months ago.
  19. Thanks for that Jeff - I'm just enjoying the ALC2 at the moment

i had the same problem and it was the hicas arms. could be looking at £200-£250 to fix :(
  21. It all stems from two things: Political Correctness :mac1: and Human Rights :mac1: These both form the compensation culture which means that teachers/doctors/police and generally every decent respected profession in the country has to watch its back, be careful what they say, end up in the sh1te for the most stupid of digressions, and (and my personal favourite), "Risk Assessments" :mac1: :mac1: - where "well this accident just happened to one person, its never ever happened before and probably never will again, but we've got to overhaul all our procedures and spend loads of money to prevent it from happening again." Example: in a particular supermarket, a bay of shelving collapsed, lightly injuring a couple of customers. Instead of just a) apologising to the customers (obviously after checking them for injury) and offering a good-will gesture and promising to investigate, finding out who built the shelving and *****cking/retraining them, EVERY BAY in EVERY STORE had to be checked - wasting days and days and tens of thousands of pounds. Okay, wearing hi-vis vests in high-risk areas is common sense, but Risk Assessments :mac1: are there to counter compensation culture which is now so commonplace because of Human Rights :mac1: and Political Correctness :mac1:
  22. Essential if youre going to go over half-way up the rev range!! :)
  23. Nah Paul, save the ovens for the immigrants :D David Davis is claiming to bin this f****ng arse-up "Bill of Human Rights" should he come into power. I know theres not much to choose from at the moment but Ive hated this stupid euro-law with a passion ever since it was introduced. A mate of mine from work is a muslim and has come back from a three-week holiday in Saudi Arabia. He says whenever they go to pray, they leave all their possessions where they were - market traders leave their stalls full of goods, because theiving scum get their hands chopped off - and theres no robbery... hmm i think there's a plan there Hannibal. :mac1: :mac1: :mac1: :mac1: :mac1:
  24. not me either mate, but hats off to you for your dignity! ;)
  25. thats why we're having the poll. i kind of guessed there was a link between the name and the engine size ;)
