ok here they are. the first one is how far ive burrowed into the column, the second one is supposedly the correct boss.

im replacing my stock wheel with a momo evo millennium and have run into problems. im trying to work out what to do with the momo boss. i've removed the original wheel, opened up the plastic surround and unscrewed the unit with the black 'dial' on the front (i think this is the hicas sensor???) and behind that is a white plastic unit with a few wires (obv. horn/hicas/cruise) coming from beneath. (sorry im trying to upload photos but my software is messing me about! :mad: ) there doesn't seem to be anywhere for the momo boss to go. i suspect it's for a Z31 (a la halfords catalogue) but the chap spoke to momo direct and they assured him they would send me a Z32. im still trying to send pictures but any help in the meantime would be much appreciated

i suppose its like keeping a manual in 3rd all the time (except for when changing down when needed, and the fact manual has an extra gear but forget that) i use it very rarely will definately warm your engine up a little quicker :eek:

overdrive will basically knock out your 4th gear so the box only changes up to 3. what you will notice is that it is more responsive during driving (especially countryside etc. where youre gassing/braking/gassing) and yes you'll need a tanker with you cos youll be revving higher :rolleyes: it IS fun tho

yeah the interior did it for me too. it was either the Z or a Skyline GTST.

ive got the momo evo millen. to go on and Mike quoted me £90ish for hicas-only and £100ish for hicas and cruise. :eek: got a genuine momo one from halfords for £45ish (sorry im not feeling very accurate today) which does neither and ive not yet fitted it.

aye i have to admit i loved Shaun o.t. Dead. British comedy can't be beaten.

I gained about 10bhp at the fly when THOR fitted and tuned mine. Not much I know but they said the fuelling was very good anyway. Looks pretty too... ;)
