If anyone wants one I have one for sale, I have been keeping this for my TT but alas today I have decided to break it as the car has been too much trouble, £50 delivered and its a proper titanium one, not a cheap copy.

Maybe the rules have changed but when I first imported my car I had it MOTd before it was registered, they put the chassis number in where the Registration usually goes and I had no problem taxing the vehicle, I can understand you rant though, it ridiculous.

Zymol is the best I have used so far. Meguiars Gold Class a very close second.

Well thought I would tidy up some of the wiring on my car, last night I took the stereo out as there was a couple of wires I wanted to solder rather than have crimp connectors, did that put the stereo back in the left it till the morning. Go out this morning to do the wiring on my PTU, I have the series2 PTU and wanted to get rid of the wiring adaptor and solder the wires, do all that and the car wont start, wont turn over at all so spent the day pulling my hair out, redoing everything and thinking maybe its something completely different thats wrong. It was, after 4 hours redoing things taking bits apart etc, I thought "I didnt knock the autobox into gear last night while doing the stereo did I ????" :slap: :slap:

Take your time and get the right car and you have nothing to worry about, had mine nearly 2 years and 20k miles and just only had to replace the alternator so far.

Most noticable mod I have done so far for improved power is decat pipes.

I was using Zymol and just bought a bottle of Meguiars Gold and personally think the Zymol is better so I am going back to that next time.

Or go into your local Partco and ask for bodyline or 3M trim tack adhesive, comes in 250ml and 1ltr tins.

I was at alocal powerflow dealers the other day and the ends look similar to some they had on display.

Sounds like you need to reset your TPS before you set the voltage to 0.42v
