  1. Hi Paul, Welcome back mate! Hope you are well......do you still work for MB? Richard:cool2:
  2. Many happy returns Smithy......:happybday: Richard:cool3:
  3. Done - and just a pint of guiness for me! I've gotten into it since the weather turned cold!! That concoction of yours sound lethal Allan - I tried tequila, vodka & redbull some years back on my stag do......I think:1eye: That was interesting; can't do it now though due to a caffeine intollerance:nuke: Down the hatch..... Richard:duffer:
  4. Has to be number 2 mate..... Richard:cool3:
  5. I must admit I have heard it more in the run up to Christmas..... .......It's not something I'd normally listen to; but at this time of year and after a few beers it kind of makes you feel good!!! So I'll join you in another:duffer: Richard:cool3:
  6. Why thank you Allan......:duffer: Absolute radio has been playing it for the last couple of weeks now....... Richard:cool3:
  7. I know - I know..... ......I reckon you are thinking about Mumford & Sons..... This one....? Richard:biggrin:
  8. Julia spotted this car in Amersham on Wednesday (9th)...... Richard:biggrin:
  9. Hi Craig, See my thread last month - it's only £10 in Halfords and won the Auto Express product tests for waxes this year....... http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=1324243&postcount=1 Richard:cool2:
  10. HIDs are by far the best mod I have done to each of the Zs I've owned:punk: The brakes are fine - providing they are in good condition! Just ask PhilP (and of course JeffTT who serviced it) about his genuine 12k mile 300zx...... ........That car drives like new - it just shows just how good the brakes were originally; before 15 years, many miles and the (repeated) hauling of a 1600kg car to a halt have taken their toll! Richard:biggrin:
  11. Best wishes Steve......:happybday: Richard:cool2:
  12. Many happy returns mate!! Richard:happybday:
  13. Bah humbug.............:cursing:
  14. That one is CornishWrecker's old car..... Richard:cool: EDIT: D'oh too late - YTS Weazle got there first........
  15. There are loads on Ebay - some good; some not so good. Rather than take the chance buying a dodgy kit, order one from Danny at DTA - you can be sure you're going to get quality. Richard:)
  16. Sounds like me now mate:rofl: I'm training to do that "beer can crush thing" Homer Simpson does with his gut......:nono: Richard:)
  17. NIce one Kim:hyper: I should really try to lose a few pounds as well - Julia keeps reminding me that I had a 6-pack stomach when we met:wack: I keep getting nagged about getting into shape but round is a shape:p Richard:cool:
  18. Hands off all of you - that $10m is mine........... Richard:rofl:
  19. Unless you're a scientist studying this for a living mate, I'm afraid I believe that no more than I would if Gordon Brown himself told me. I don't mean to start a debate but depending what you read and where it was written or originated, there are enough arguements for and against climate change; so much so that you and I will probably never know the truth for sure. All we can do is form our own opinions. I personally do not believe the threat is real; but that is just my opinion and it's as valid as yours or anyone elses! You are equally entitled to believe that climate change is real - however unless you are that scientist I referred to above, I doubt you can prove you're right any more or less than I can....... Richard:)
  20. With the stock (pre 1995) spoiler there is no perspex strip; the spoiler covers the whole area like my car below. I have the fibre glass replica one (see Z Centre) as the foam one gets waterlogged over time. If you fit either the 1995 (see Steve300zx's old car) or 1999 (see FunkySi's car) JDM spec spoiler then you'll need to buy the strip. Again this is available from The Z Centre. Richard
  21. They look spot on as well:bow: Richard:cool:
  22. Looking good there Damo! I like that....... .......I think I need to get mine re-done now! Richard:cool:
  23. Sorry to hear that mate. It's quite a distinctive car so hopefully it will turn up. Richard:(
  24. Whilst taking the Z out for a drive this morning I had to stop for a swan that must have mistaken the damp tarmac for a river. Luckily the road was quiet and I'd already slowed down as I'd spotted it early enough. It was a superb sight watching it take off....... .....and soar only a couple of meters above the Z as it went on its way! Richard:)
  25. I took my Z out for a wee spin this morning, for the first time in about 3 weeks......:nono: ......the sun was out, the roads were quiet and the air was cool. It didn't take too long to remember why I love these cars so much:bow: We're off to Bath for the day tomorrow; to visit their annual Christmas Market and have lunch in The Pump Room. Guess which car I'll be taking.........!! Richard:)
