  3. Many happy returns Si.... ......Have a great day!! Richard:happybday:
  4. Bloody hell mate!! That's not something I'd expect in Worthing....... Thing is, nowadays is it worth confronting anyone like that. There are so many stories about "have a go" heros getting knifed; or worse. I'm glad you are OK though! Richard:cool3:
  5. Welcome to the club!! And good luck with your purchase - it looks a tidy example. And the leather seems like new!! Richard:cool3:
  6. Welcome to the club! Richard:chef:
  7. Welcome to the club! Richard:cool2:

  11. LOL - yeah; you'd be asking for trouble mate!!! Richard:hang:
  12. I'm with you Bri..... ......it's part and parcel of a top line GT car. In fact nearly every car comes with a/c nowadays so why be without it? I wouldn't buy any car now that didn't have a/c....... Richard:cool3:
  13. Do it Si..... .....Whilst mine is not a daily drive either, I still tax it fot the whole year just in case I fancy a drive on a nice dry and sunny winter's day.... Richard:whistling:
  14. So sad - such a waste of an all time great.... Richard:sad:
  15. Personally no! I'd stick with the OEM NGK platinum items; as Quavey says, they are not much more expensive. Plus you are also in no doubt that they are the right ones for your car! Richard:thumbup1:
  16. That's right - I think they started in the higher '30s but Nissan reduced the price towards the end of their UK sales run to below the £35k mark. At the launch of the Mk4 Supra in Oct 1993, the 300zx was listed in WhatCar magazine at £33,230. The Soop was £37,500, Mitsi 3000gt £38,329 and Porsche 968 came in at £36,722. Considering the 300zx's equipment it represented very good value compared to the rivals - Porsche wanted a further £1932 for a/c; £492 for cruise; £1137 for a stereo and £2066 for leather. All of which were standard on the Japanses cars!! Richard:smartass:
  17. And not just annoying - it needs fixing!! There are sensors in the steering wheel boss for the HICAS rear wheel steering. If the 'wheel is not straight it can affect handling on a twisty road; as the rear wheels won't steer as they should!! A proper 4 wheel allignment will fix it - just make sure that the operative gets the steering wheel dead centre when straight ahead.... Richard:yes:
  18. A good choice there Dean - music just made for a 300zx..... Richard:thumbup:
  19. You're right there Jim..... ......that Swift ad is proof that the Government's education initiative is failing miserably!!! Brilliant! Richard:wacko:
  20. Welcome (back!) to the club..... Richard:cool2:
  21. Welcome to the club! Richard:cool2:
  22. Welcome to the club Dean - we're not a bad bunch really!! And good luck with your new purchase mate! Richard:biggrin:
  23. That's what it is all about!! Nice work guys - I can't wait to see the finished result.... Richard:chef:
  24. There speaks the voice of experience...... Richard:cool3:
  25. They're both import dashes mate!! Both have the speedo in km/h and neither has the headlamp washer button on the headlamp switch..... ......the purpose of the 2 pic is so that you can see the lower bank of lights underneath the main dash. I think Daz is right about the different series cars though; as one has the later (series 2) a/c control. Richard:cool2:
