Standard Z front wheels...
The extra rim doesnt make you tram line the wider tyres do. 235 and you may start to feel the tramlining, 245 and you will feel it, 255 and it will definatly ramline. What is the point of having narrower tyres on the back? That is where you need the extra traction. I cant think of any car which has wider tyres on the front than the rear, other than a seam roller and that isnt a tyre. The reason of putting UK spec wheels on an import is to have the wider tyres on the back for the extra traction. Narrower tyres on the front help against tramlining and also makes the steering more responsive.

Grounding Kits
Every signal sent from the ECU made of electricity from the battery. Electricity flows from negative (Earth) to posative (Live) and if your Earthing connection is poor, the strength of the electricity flow is not as good as it should be and this also means the strength of the signals too and from the ECU are also weak and could hinder performance. You could install the kit and nothing happen because the earth on your car is good, but you could install it and find it improves power, responce, MPG, smoothness etc. For the cost of the kit its worth it. If it works you have made your car run better, if there is no difference you know your earth was good and now you have a few more to help it from erroding.

This will bring the GTOs to Pod
No the Skyline is not what I would call a proper 4WD car. Its far from it. The Skyline is actually a rear wheel drive car but the power is automatically transfered from the rear wheels to the front as the rears lose traction. Here you get the best of both worlds, as you get the power of acceleraton as a RWD with the traction of a 4WD. On a drag strip 4WD cars get in front for the first few yards where it will shoot infront because its superior traction, but then relise on that to stay in front if it was against a RWD of the same power. I have had 1 experience at Santa Pod and it plays into 4WD cars hands. My Z had basic mods running at 13psi and I was wheel spinning in 2nd gear. I am not going to gloat that my Z was so powerful it wheel spun in 2nd, it was just so slippy.

wiseco pistons
Hi Scoops. Yeah they do have the front of them marked. Apparently Wiseco's original pistons didnt have front marked forward but these do. They look slightly different too as the ones I got I think are like version 2 of them I spoke to the person at the place I got the rebore done and he said the pistons will be good for well over 450wbhp. People in the US who have them only change them when they are going for over 600wbhp and even then its not been proven that they cant take it. You can see on the right of each piston a dot, denoting the front of the piston. They are also lighter than stock pistons. Stock where 408 grams with rings but no pin and the Wiseco where 320 grams with rings but no pin. All in all half a Kg lighter. It all helps. The picture of the pistons in the engine are nothing like what I got and they are slightly different to the ones pictured on the box. Hopefully we will see what they are like in a few months. We will have to wait untill then ;) Stuart

Are these any good?
There is also a issue of cooling. Some people say it effects the air flow to the radiator and some say its doesnt.

Warranty warning......
All insurance companies have to be insured themselves by Lloyds of London incase something major happens and you get a claim made aginst you for millions, they then would claim from Lloyds. So any claim would probably will still be honored. Plus I think British law will not allow it as thousands of drivers could be driving without insurance they not know it.

NZR Do you beleive in Ghosts?
This sleep paralysis is due to a chemical relased by your body when you sleep. To stop you kicking out or even getting up and moving around, your body releases a chemical which paralyses your muscles or makes them very weak. When you first wake up in the morning make a fist as tight as you can, its pathetic how weak it is, and its because of this chemical weakening the muscles still in your blood. People have woken up when this chemical is still very strong in their system and it has made all their muscles litteraly go to sleep and they cant control them or makes them very weak, so weak that that they dont have the strength to lift the covers off them or even change position in the bed. After a few mins the chemical wears off and they can move again. Stuart

Windsreen.........
The glass will have to come from Japan, and to ship something that large and heavy and with the upmost care cost a lot of money. Its not so much the sun strip problem. UK ZXs have a dark/blue tint to the glass while Imports have a gold/yellow tint to the window.

Can they do this?
I know some one who was it from behind in his car about 5 days before his insurance was due. Upon renewal they actually put that he had a claim and that it was his fault, and they would amend it when the repairs where sorted and the other insuance paid for it. Made his policy go up £300

NZR Do you beleive in Ghosts?
The most frightening ones are the sounds that are recoreded. I heard one from people who go to places to record sound in grave yards. 2 women are sat on a bench and you can hear birds and the winds and stuff and one woman say "Did you just pull on my coat?" And the other woman replies "No" Then a soft childs voice says "I did" Later on the other woman said that she felt a tug on her coat at the same time.

Standard Z front wheels...
I think that is because the wider rear wheels are wider because they go back more and dont stick out more. So they wont look any different at all.

Standard Z front wheels...
its when the wheels want to go farward all the time, Because they are so wide the car feels like they are on tracks and are unable to turn off the course you are going. You cant turn, im not saying you cant turn or anything, but there is pull for the car to go dead straight all the time, and when you are driving straight the wheel is not as free to correct yourself as the car tends to want to go dead straight.
