  1. Thats Faisal's zed, lot of work gone into it and one i would like to see in the flesh.
  2. I had the same thing with a UK cloth drivers seat, swapped it out in the end, but i noticed today on mine when it was having a hoover that the bolt on the side left of the seat was loose, there is a bolt each side actually on the bottom of the upper part of the seat. The inner frame of the back part may be weak or cracked causing it to move. I will take a closer look tommorrow and see if i can take some pics too.
  3. The AAC should remain constant on idle, the idle should be 700/750, so adjust the aac screw with the iacv plug unplugged down to around 650 then plug back in, the ecu will then take over the idle, which should then be whats required, you can then adjust the screw slightly if need to get the 15% at idle from the acc. To get a reading from the 02 sensors, raise the revs to 2k rpm with the throttle body or accelerator to see what they are reading, if they are lazy or erratic then it will affect the fuel ratio, if that is the case, unplug both 02 sensor plugs, the ecu will run a means setting.
  4. Only just caught up after not having the laptop for a few days and boy what a shock to hear, really sad news for someone so young, RIP Barry and my condolences to the family.
  5. ideally you know. use datascan when warm as some settings will be irrelevent, your problem appears when warm so get her up to temp. If nothing untoward or obvious shows on the settings then looking at something else. Do a screen cap, then do another highlighting all the injectors, as iirc you may need to un tick some parameters to fit them in, like 02, maf etc.
  6. you are looking for 15% from the iacv at idle, so i doubt a couple of percent will make that much of a difference. Can you take a screen capture of the parameters in dial mode when you do another datascan, might be something to indicate an issue.
  7. Happy Birthday Gaz have a good day
  8. As far as im aware the maf code should be the same unless upgraded from another car the poo code should be the same. You didnt buy one of those ebay ones did you, apparently no good. Give Jeff a bell, im sure he could clear up any queries you have.
  9. Happy birthday mate, hope you have a good one.
  10. NA and TT maf are the same Lee. You might have a problem with an air leak or a bov issue, if one of the bolts to adjust the needle is stuck it may be the cause f the idle problem. Im only guessing though bud as i have an NA and no bovs lol There shouldnt be oil on the spark plug, if its not in tight enough or over fuelling it would be wet or carboned up, might be worth doing a compression test then work your way back up to the injectors, injector connectors then the coil packs and connectors. If it wasnt for the oil on the plug, would be more than likely an electrical or air issue.
  11. Nice job mate, looks stunning :thumbup1:

  15. He definitely is a tool lol, but i wonder if some of his behavior is staged by his management to keep him in the headlines, if not then stardom and money has gone to his head and will become the next Michael Jackson in his behavior no doubt lol
  16. For me, if the dials were black like OEM, with the numbers white when off and blue when on with the red highlighted parts, they would be ideal. Great work Andy, nice to see you have a company interested in accommodating requests.
  17. Yes they will do the job
  18. Also apparently ford transit mk1 according to znuts thread available cheap from any auto factors, check his thread first though lol
  19. Happy Birthday Pete, all the best on reaching the golden age lol
  20. I had this when mine was auto, apparently quite common, especially when damp, the auto box is constantly trying to push forward even at standstill, so the brakes are under more strain. Try coming to a stop in neutral and you should notice the difference. Autos do go through more brakes than a manual.
  21. Im in the same boat as Jaikai with the wet and dry lol, but i do have and tried Meguiars and Autoglym and love the smell of the Zymol, i havent polished it for a few years lol, but smells a bit like coconut. Would be good to get some nice polishing cloths and applicators, as well as the waxes and polishes etc..
  22. Official takes you into another realm of legality, premiere, the best, the top are all names that anyone can bandy about without retribution.
  23. Sorry the tank is behind the drivers wing, but you will have a hose at the top of the clutch pedal, its quite high up, so may need to remove heater ducting to access it, it may be leaking.
  24. Yes, if its a TT
