  1. thanks guys :)
  2. Anyone planning to arrive by midday Saturday? Was thinking of going up to f1 museum at Donington, or meet people there? Anyone else interested?
  3. i will be towing my bike trailer, so wont be able to keep the same average speed as you guys... although i would be happy to convoy up, you might all get a little bored.. we could hop over to the M1 Joel, and meet the others doing M40/42/6/1 at Donington services before joining back on the A1 later. or meet on A1 after Rotherham if they take the same route. else we all go M6 all the way
  4. although the pump can generate the pressure, can it definitely flow the right volume as well? i think you posted the details previously, so i assume it does? it can flow the volume at the pressure you need to run? what about the relay connection that tells the pump to keep running when the engine is running, rather than just ignition on to build up pressure? is that wiring ok? getting enough voltage through to the pump under load, or low battery/alternator output or wiring thickness?
  5. some decent cars today. didnt bother with the fords etc, just got some pics of a few bits and pieces
  6. summer dates are motly booked up already with big clubs and events, but i doubt we would get one based on our previous turnouts anyway. maybe try and tie up with some other car club or generic japanese csr event in that case weather, salt, time of year etc are all valid concerns, but getting any dedicated venue is difficult in the summer months, and not many people want to attend some of the car shows, so its a bit of a juggle accommodatng everyone
  7. great catch up people today, and this guy managed to brave the salt and dirt and rain to enjoy his £200k+ car :)
  8. in time is any tme between 11 and 4 Ali, so you are good. :)
  9. oh dear. still ok for cars and coffee tomorrow?
  10. we are at south mimms, waiting for an ed’s diner breakfast before we leave
  11. only if you stick a Nissan or Z badge on the front, and a 400zx on the back, or similar
  12. I will probably go via south mimes like last time, leave there by 9:45 I think, if anyone wants to meet there. Toddington is also mentioned, anyone planning to meet there? To Leave at what time? Any other planned meet points, west, south, east?
  13. not one for bad taste jokes, but i think a little good hearted humour is fine, assuming you were a Bullseye fan "Jim Bowen, letting the non darts players go first" i cant claim it, i just saw the comment elsewhere and it did make me smile
  14. The other group eating is a party of 25. My concern was that if we said 7, and we're late back for any reason, it would be unfair on the owner, chef and the other party, and we would likely end up eating at 9. So I thought it better that we start late, and should have no knock on effects if we arrive back a little later than planned.
  15. Paul has asked me about food on Sunday night. He has a large party wanting to book, so wants us to indicate whether we prefer to seat at 7pm or 8pm. I have suggested 8pm, but have a few days to confirm after getting some opinions... If we get a good lunch where TonyB suggested, then we might be grateful of a later dinner.. It also means we don't have to rush back if the weather and drive is good.
  16. haha, no idea, i’m normally asleep, but who really needs sleep anyway :punk:
  17. updated with 2018 events known
