  2. the owner has put 2 of the spare rooms back onto general availability on their site, so we now have just 2 more rooms reserved for any late bookers. he will put these onto general availability in early May as well if noone else has booked them.
  3. should probably create a dedicated thread for it, i thought it had already been done. will sort out this evening unless anyone else creates it before i get home ;)
  4. aha, of course, thanks Ali. doh. I always think of wiring whenever i see harness. lol
  5. I thought i had already started this thread, but seems not, although was discussed on FB. Great event, raising money for a local hospice. Always a nice turnout of cars. Am organising a club stand. Last time we requested space for 12, based on 9 sign ups, and had 6 attendees. Would like to request 12 again. Who else is up for this? :)
  6. welcome Andy. I am not sure which part you mean, do you have a picture?
  7. best wishes for the upcoming op :thumbup1:
  8. ah, bugger, i hadnt checked there for a little while. grr. :( from the pics Andrew has posted, it was the base rack, with the additional 4 ski clamp kit. it doesnt attach to the t-tops, it attaches to the a and b pillars so the t-tops can still be removed. haha, thanks. i had already been down to my local halfords to see what i could sort out, but they didnt carry enough variation so i need to visit a bigger store. thanks Andrew, thats exactly what i was looking for. can’t believe i missed it. better off buying a lottery ticket now than waiting for another one to come up.
  9. i have been trying to source one of those Russ, to carry gazebo, banners etc, but no luck yet. i did use a bike rack attached to the tailgate on my last zed though, but have lost the pictures
  10. haha, mine is a little more subtle than that noone spotted it at Ace last month, but you Fat Lambers will notice it i am sure
  11. about bloody time, been following that build for what seems like forever  well done Lee :thumbup1:

  14. all went well. moving forward as always. well done Lee, thanks!
  15. thanks guys :)
  16. Anyone planning to arrive by midday Saturday? Was thinking of going up to f1 museum at Donington, or meet people there? Anyone else interested?
  17. i will be towing my bike trailer, so wont be able to keep the same average speed as you guys... although i would be happy to convoy up, you might all get a little bored.. we could hop over to the M1 Joel, and meet the others doing M40/42/6/1 at Donington services before joining back on the A1 later. or meet on A1 after Rotherham if they take the same route. else we all go M6 all the way
  18. although the pump can generate the pressure, can it definitely flow the right volume as well? i think you posted the details previously, so i assume it does? it can flow the volume at the pressure you need to run? what about the relay connection that tells the pump to keep running when the engine is running, rather than just ignition on to build up pressure? is that wiring ok? getting enough voltage through to the pump under load, or low battery/alternator output or wiring thickness?
  19. some decent cars today. didnt bother with the fords etc, just got some pics of a few bits and pieces
  20. summer dates are motly booked up already with big clubs and events, but i doubt we would get one based on our previous turnouts anyway. maybe try and tie up with some other car club or generic japanese csr event in that case weather, salt, time of year etc are all valid concerns, but getting any dedicated venue is difficult in the summer months, and not many people want to attend some of the car shows, so its a bit of a juggle accommodatng everyone
  21. great catch up people today, and this guy managed to brave the salt and dirt and rain to enjoy his £200k+ car :)
  22. in time is any tme between 11 and 4 Ali, so you are good. :)
  23. oh dear. still ok for cars and coffee tomorrow?
