  1. New Zealand has good weather :)
  2. Not as noisey as the viscous one on full lock going down the road at 4000 rpm. That would be louder than most jet engines :)
  3. I have removed my viscous fan and replaced it with one large electric unit from a Volvo something. No overheating whatsoever, in fact there is so much air going through the radiator, the air goes cold coming out. The fan draws a bit of current though, so much the headlights dim. A rewire will be needed soon.

I have the same problem and have found that unplugging the seat belt makes it retract. Whether there is something electrical that holds the belt out I do not know sorry.
  5. You'll find a lot of that. Seems many manufacturers of parts don't realise the Z32 started in 1989
  6. 11B for TT 11 is OK for NA See Smithy http://www.smithys-place.co.uk/engperf.php
  7. Is it for a TT or NA?
  8. Blow in the opposite direction to which the dirt entered i.e. inside the engine bay outwards
  9. I certainly didn't have any bump issues but then I did spend a good amount on some decent tyres, adjustable front castor arms, etc. My Hicas certainly worked at speeds a lot lower than 120 MPH.
  10. I had a good play with my TT and the Hicas is a good system to make the car somewhat safer. A skilled driver could corner quite a bit faster without it though. I have removed mine for racing purposes. A big effort to retrofit !!!!
  11. I too thought the indicators were routed through the hazard switch
  12. Doesn't look like you need my help any more :)
  13. What are you like at reading circuit diagrams ? There is all the info you need if you know how as you can see where each wire goes which will tell you what it does. If you're after specific items, let me know and I can trace it for you.
  14. Or was it one bolt was slightly thicker ???
  15. One side is wider than the other - a very small amount

  17. Nissan300, do you have any pics of what your adaptor brackets looked like with the 350Z rotors and the EVO8 calipers? Has anyone else completed this set up?
  18. Smithy - you're a legend mate. Good advice without being nasty and cynical like some others (very few fortunately).
  19. Don't use a lubricant like WD40 on belts. It might make it stop squealing but will slip and destroy itself.
  20. Wouldn't that depend on the scale of the graphs ?
  21. What mod did you do ?
  22. I bought some EBC reds but found even they were not up to the task in the end (with boost jets, chip, bigger exhaust and intake). Don't get me wrong, they were very good, but after a few good hard stops had reached the limit.
  23. After a good thrashing, it over heated, anything ? Sounding more like the motor end :(
