Stiff Gearchanges
Incorrect oil grade or poor clutch adjustment, but id suspect the short shitter also !!
-
Stiff Gearchanges
Just a stock lever with its fulcrum will do it.

lol another missfire > o2 sensor
The 02 sensor is an aid for emission control,it reads oxygen levels in the exhaust and the ecu uses this to "fine tune" fuelling for the correct Stoichiometric ratio.Even with a failed sensor it wont flood the engine to the extent it misfires.

Stiff Gearchanges
Short shifters are box munchers, lose it.the zeds shift is short anyway. All it does is increase mechanical advantage which aids syncro failure from forced changes.

Down at Emerald
From what im told it can take place of the speed sensitive steering, rev limit, traction control, full throttle gearshifts, boost control if required.its a great bit of kit and way better to run than the AEM system, where else could you get so involved with your cars mapping and get such good advice with the guys that map and develop it ??

Warped brakes?
No offence but were they branded oem discs or e bays finest chocolate specials ? and did you break them in properly ?
-
lol another missfire > o2 sensor
Firstly an o2 sensor wont cause a misfire and if it fails the de fault will be for the ecu to run the engine rich for safety.lean running causes detonation.

Down at Emerald
Nice figures mate,Dave Walker is a great guy but talks another langauge, jeez hes a clever guy and when he starts trying to explain what hes doing he may aswell be speaking Latvian . Im glad your cars running well with the Emerald system, you opted for any of its features,ie traction control or full throttle gear shifts ?

Job Bot Paypal Letter
My missus sold some shoes to a Polish woman, recieved the money then posted them.Paypal sucked the money back out of her account because the buyer was using a fraudulent account and never answered any of my e mails asking for the money back, paypal boil my piss, feckin law to themselves.Glad you got it sorted Martin.Donnas money only amonted to £15 but its the principle. How can a firm not be answerable to anybody ?

Low oil pressure
Yes for sure, they can be awkward to isolate as the vg,30s plenum seems to make the sound travel giving the impression its top end.
-
renewal payment
Bit pikey not too i thought

renewal payment
Just stumped up my £15 notes for another years subs :cool3:

Low oil pressure
That would have almost certainly been a bearing failed on a vg,once its worn it looses its nip in the con rod, spins on the crank and seizes up throwing the rod out.The loss of oil pressure is caused by the worn bearing not the oil pump not making enough pressure.
-
Low oil pressure
Crank case pressure has no bearing on oil pressure, worn rings etc will not alter it either, the oil pressure is made by a tight seal on bearings and journals on the crank. Its very very rare the pump is the cause in my experience. tbh ive never seen a faulty zed oil pump.set of new crank bearings and a crank polish brings the oil pressure right up.Zed pumps are really strong, its a shame the bearings are not.
-
mainshaft bearing
On an average gearbox its not to bad, nissans come apart in three sections and require quite a bit of pressing to release the mainshaft from the centre housing, not a haynes manual job im afraid

Unusual bodykit zed and clutch issue
Ive seen loads of clutches toasted like that in lorries cars and vans, its just hard to believe somebody would drive a vehicle till it lost drive and left the clutch in that state :asshole:

What do ya think?
As i said a lot of works gone into that, and filler.Id uprate the springs to handle the extra weight.if ever you crash that it wil need a jcb to shovel up the debris.
