  2. smoke at idle,misfire prolly caused by oil on spark plugs is probaly tub failure imho.Do a comp test to be sure though.
  3. Match modelling is usually for jail birds,will make or cover anything with matches to pass the time away Lol.
  4. Code 34 is a fault code,if the car detects detonation is does not register a code 34 it retards the timing and drops to a knock map if the ecu has one (some chips dont) which increases fuelling for engine protection.

That c*ck in the 350 drove like a cu*t,he lost it before camp at the chicane and understeered off the track when he finally got some steering he just drove back onto the track as if he was the only one driving,and almost hit Murt !! How the guy can say Rob drive like a k**b is a total pisstake.

  16. How true that is Al,did you see him when that journalist Louie ferrou spent a few days with him.it showed him for the **** he was.I have to admit he can come across like a decent guy but should have never been allowed into government.
  17. As David said i do use ACL bearings,the grading is a load of *****x imho,the difference in the grades are microns ffs.I use duraglides when i can get them.Ive had trouble of late and had to use race ones which are quite a bit more expensive.
  18. Yer spot on there mate,and generally it should turn the same way when jacked up.
  19. Clean the terminal on the knock sensor,check it for continuity with a multimeter,if its ok then re use it.The bakealite is usually cracked on them.
  20. I know someone who,d love his address,he really would love it.Chris took over four grand off him and sold him a second hand engine which was"rebuilt" so say,lasted 700 miles and span a main bearing.the guys even paid a heavy to track Chris down to no avail.
  21. Or ride the old belts using a 27mm socket on the front pully,turn the engine over and pull the belt forward,it will ride off the crank pully.You can refit it the same way.It will need re tensioning though after.This is how the AA change belts so quick on the roadside.
  22. A white zed on here(mad maxes) made 500hp easy on the stock reg so why do you think you need one bud?
  23. will be utter *****x for sure,most maps run around 370hp tops with that spec,id be very surprised if it was 400hp.That figure is achievable with loads of advance but tuners dont tend to market those maps in case of engine damage.
