Well as of 5 minutes ago the missus has been turned to the dark side I was going to list a name for her but i'm being told she will be unnamed, so i'm open to suggestions. Needs some TLC but i can tidy her up. Got one very happy girly here, grinning from ear to ear from her first time driving a Zed, signing it all over and hes dropping her off tommorrow. Heck even i'm grinning after feelingj that Z buzz again after nearly 2 years. Managed to haggle down from 3.1k to 2.6k (about 1200GBP) Anyways this thread is worthless without pics.

as above . the choice of pads is endless nowadays and varies upon how and where you drive your car . mine only gets used on the road , sometimes a little bit quicker than it should be though . im in the process of fitting new discs and upgrading the fronts to 330mm ( drilled front and rear ) and hopefully a set of skyline or 350z brembo calipers although im having a job finding a set at the moment so any offers would be welcome via a pm . so the question is which pads front and rear for everyday road use that work well from cold but arnt going to fade away with a fair bit of heavy breaking thrown in . cheers guys front brembo calipers wanted aswell andy

Right then chaps and chapettes. I might very well be leaving the Zed scene but I love a good Zed pic. So 'SHOW US WHAT YOU GOT' !! Can be your favourite, worst, funniest, most random, odd, pretty........Whatever it might be pic, but has to be of your own Zed. The more random the better :thumbup1:

The Z and the 200 have been sat for 6 weeks now without being touched  and with the crap weather and lack of time I'm really struggling to get back to them. I've haven't even been on here for nearly 2 weeks!! Any ideas on some motivation as I don't want to end up posting a 'thinking of selling post'!! :death:

A while back I managed to find a good priced tidy blue Sparco Kevlar Pro 2000 seat designed for a six point harness, the thing is I've been hunting high and low for another secondhand one but have had no luck at all Here are a few pics: I really didn't want to spend a fortune on a new one so I just accepted the fact that I wasn't going to find another one then just before New Year I spotted another blue Sparco seat fitted for a six point harness with a painted yellow plastic back on ebay....ok, so it wasn't a Pro 2000 model and it wasn't kevlar but it looked like it offered good support and with it being painted yellow, it w…

Well the old girl has been sorned for 8 months now, when i got her, she was full of crappy veilside skirts, huge rear spoiler and a manky front bumper. The bumper is back to OEM, the rear spoiler was sent off to hollowpoint as a freebie, and a new fibreglass 89 spec has been fitted along with new brake light. The skirts came off to expose all manner of rust issues, so after much removal and messing around, new parts sourced, and all the old yucky stuff replaced, new inner ,outer sills, and returns all replaced. Waited to long for my welder to turn up, so bit the bullet and got my own. After a few trails i started to weld myself. Basically anything that looked like it …

OK, more after the shipping cost of one really.... I've got one that I had to replace due to the synchro from 4th to 5th. so now I want to offer it for auction on ebay but not sure what to put as a delivery cost.. obviously happy to have it collected... so I need either the weight, so I can get an estimate from the couriers or an idea of cost if anyone has shipped one. cheers.

Hi guys, I've been searching the workshop manual and the site for a diagram of the plumbing from and to the balance tube. I want to know what the pipes going to the small nipples on the drivers side are for? My car is a manual TT. Vods thought my bar might be a NA version so if anyone can post a pick of what a proper TT manual one looks like it would be really helpful as well. When I was poking around my engine during the week I noticed there are two metal tubes, one on each side that are not connected to anything which I believe to be for PCV (positive crankcase ventilation). Where should they be connected to? Back to the plenum? Cheers

Called over to ians today to pick up another engine to replace mine. Was good to meet ian for the first time. Had a good chin wag and saw his car which is a very lovely z. And in proper good style ian didnt even want paying today as he wants,me to get it built up and running and to know the engine is good before payment. Top bloke, and proper club spirit.
