Since coming out of the body shop I have noticed both of my doors are slightly lower than they should be (only at the handle end - the hinge end sits at the right height) What exactly do I need to adjust? Thanks, Dan

Unless I've read this completely wrong, apparently the best way to increase the value of your old zed is to cut the fooker' in half and sell it on ebay for twice the price! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-300zx-Twin-Turbo-Front-Clip-VG30DETT-Motor-BLITZ-300ZX-TWIN-TURBO-FRONT-/260927461572?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cc07d18c4

Is this a turbo timer? found it while installing the clutch pedal. As far as I was aware it did not have a turbo timer and definitely didn't work. What is the grey wire? take it that's why it doesn't work. There is no other wire anywhere nearby that that grey wire could have been connected to. Any ideas? It is taped onto that grey box and has some sort of cable that goes between the grey box and original wiring. Paul

Hi all, With a number of high powered Zeds on the forum im wondering if you can give me some sort of idea in what im going to expect trying to get the car off the line quickly say at a 0.60 sprint or pulling out a junction quickly. Also how they handle when laying down the power though the gears? Im wanting to replace the hatch with a Carbon one hopefully! Im just thinking what extra problems it could give me being so much lighter at the rear as the hatch is so heavy and is practicly the whole rear of the car. Im guessing cornering will be an issue too. I think ive bought every uprated mod possible to gain the extra traction but not sure once taking the wei…

What do you guys think off this then:cool2: Been thinking of selling raffle tickets on here for a £100 quid if I get more then 50 people then the raffle will go ahead, if not you get your money back:cool3: I have not spoke to any mods yet but if this goes ahead I would like the club to hold onto the money not myself, this is to ensure that there is no way of taking money under false pretence [although I am very trustworthy] The tickets can then be sent to you via the club or by myself, the only thing I have yet to fathom out is the "draw" how can this be done fairly so members who have purchased a ticket will not feel like its a fix when the ticket has been…

Hi guys. Anyone using these and have a part number suitable for the Z32 AFM please? I could also use dimensions, I'm going to be using a pair with Doolz and extensions to allow for the FMIC so space is tight behind the front bumper :-\ Where can I purchase them? I've mailed a few suppliers in the UK and USA but without reply - some people really shouldn't be in business!! Cheers H Never mind, just bought a pair on eBay (Japan). :( **Mods - please delete this post**

Just sat down and realised how well engineered these cars are. slight overkill with some tech in my opinion. But still amazing. Just about got everything i need apart from idea for colours,so all's good. But i could do with more knowledge on the na gearbox.Which i'm putting in my tt. Along with diff and rear sub frame. As i believe from past experience ,although not on these cars, that......the diameter of clutch and fly wheel is designed initially to suit the gear ratios and diff. Which is set up for the weight of the vehicle and speeds it's made for. So the point or question i have is that for gains in acceleration or aggression then the na gearbox etc, should be the rig…

For me it was thinking my headunit had packed up. I turned it on to listen to some tunes while I was working in the zed and no sound! Couldn't understand why it wasn't working so I messed about with all the settings, then I noticed something quite important :detective: My speakers are in the garage cos I hadn't put them back in since my repsray  What a tool :death:

I've come across an unexpected problem, where the hell are you supposed to fit an Accusump in a SWB? It wasn't a problem with a LWB as there's plenty of room behind the seats (and there was no passenger seat anyway) but in the shortie' with both seats fitted, there's bugger all room. There's no room behind the seats as the cage needs to go in there, so the only place that I can see is either in the boot or on the small shelf directly behind the seats, though the braided hoses would need to be rediculously long and surely the Accusump would need to be as close to the engine/sandwich plate as possible Using the shelf would cause other problems in that th…

My car has been off the road 'sorn'ed for the past 6 months sitting on my drive in all weathers but I thought 'bugger the expense' and taxed etc it yesterday. I put the charger on it for an hour then climbed in to start it up thinking that it would take a few turns to fire up but I kid you not it started on the very first revolution of the engine/first spark plug to fire !!!! I left it ticking over for a few minutes as it warmed up and in moments it was purring so smoothly ! I can remember cars from my youth that were a total lottery first thing in the morning ! It's no wonder the Japanese car manufacturers grew to dominate the world like they did ! Happy Z owne…

Hi all, Ive taken a video so hopefully someone can tell me if my new ball joints are fooked or not? Basicly they are brand new and was really stiff..But after taking the hubs to the welders to get them adapted to fit my calipers they came back like what you can see if the video. There is resistance when moving them but nothing like they was when they was originally fitted. Imn guessing the heat of the welding has loosened them up. What do you think? Thanks Dan http://s730.photobucket.com/albums/ww308/baglady000/?action=view¤t=VIDEO0073.mp4
