hi hows it going i have just purchased a 2+2 tt auto with a few issues the car needs 2 sills and a passenger back quarter panel can you buy these new or is the any breakers in this club will all so need 2 wing mirrors boot spoiler high rise 1 and a front bumper as far as i can see at the minute cheers trev

Hi there all, Really don't know what to do with my interior. At the moment it has the full blue including the dash and carpets etc. Been told its pretty rare and worth keeping. Problem is I think I don't like it! So need some input on what to do. 1. Keep the blue and put it back to as new. 2. Replace the plastics with a full black interior 3. Go race car theme with buckets and harnesses with it being pretty stripped out. Cheers all, Rob

So I went on the dyno today, but unfortunatly I didn't complete a run. 3 weeks ago, my o/s standard turbo decided it didn't want to be a turbo again, and it was absolutely kerfuffled. Smoking like a good'un and making a horrid grinding noise. Fitted some GT25 hybrid turbo's by Turbo Technics (supplied by Kinugawa Turbo on here) and I ran it in a little bit. I've done about 60-80 miles since fitted and at first it was idling pretty bad, with old oil pluming out of the exhaust still. It has since cleared up, and before the dyno run, I got it up to temperature, and made sure that it was given a decent run out before it went on the rollers. When it came to the …

Hi guys, 2x led problems lol, The 1st is i have the lambo style lights on the rear but wanted to know if anyone knows where they just sell justthe actual lights as i have the panel allready seems most rear light conversions use the same lights, and i see a coach with them too. The 2nd if i convert my dash to say blue leds, how do you go about changing the digital numbers on the air con pod too. Any help appreciated, Thank you.

Has anybody on here ever '*******ised' a pair of LWb side skirts to fit a SWB? I'm not keen on the SWB Veilside type skirts and the questionable Polish versions that are available on ebay from time to time, so I was wondering, how hard/easy/costly would it be to re-work a pair of LWB skirts to fit a shortie'?

well wasn't going to post till my overheating problem solve was at least a week old, but now have a problem, cars been fine for the past 3 and a half days, no over heating, can run above 50 and even boost with no problems whats so ever, but about half hour ago, my eng cont fuse in the engine bay (main fuse box) keeps blowing on me. any ideas? only thing i did was fiddle with my boost gauge (aftermarket thats plumbed into the dash) area as it was no longer changing color. is there anything in that area that is on the same circuit as the engine cont fuse. is it safe to drive with it blown? the engine wants to die on idle but that can be countered by giving i…

on my 90 zx im keen to take the rear spoiler off as i like the look of ones without it. is it easy to do and are there many holes let in the boot to fill in? i think it looks a lot better.

Tomorrow I'm replacing the single Blitz air filter that's on the shortie' with a HKS twin induction setup and I'll admit that I'm tempted to fit the Stillen front bumper and Greddy 3 row fmic off the LWB whilst I'm at it. I believe it's still running stock turbos with nothing more (that I can see) than aftermarket downpipes, decat straight through exhaust. It pulls like no other TT zed that I've driven so they might not be stock turbos?? If they are stock tubs that are fitted, what detremental effects could I expect to see from fitting a big fmic whilst still running stock turbos (increased lag etc)? Thought some may want this wiring diagram i found today, full colour and covers ecu loom, and harness that runs around front of car, gearbox, lights, relay box etc. http://www.karljapetre.com/z/ecu/eccs-color.gif Perhaps mods may want to sticky it somewhere?

has anyone got a diagram of where all the oil hoses go please??. Ive done most of them, but theres one from back of sump on cdrivers side that i need to see where it goes too. The turbo return hoses are connected, as are the feed hoses, but im still left with one on sump thats not connected.

i am hoping to plumb in an additional auto box cooler , that is one mounted in the front nose area in addition to the standard one fitted within the radiator, question is , should i , and does anybody know which way round the feed and return pipes are on the rad , in essence im hoping to feed from the box to the rad out of the rad into the cooler then back to box, i am planning on using a cooler from a v12 xjs shaguar any comments , thoughts or advice ????

On my way home tonight the ambient temp dropped from 1 to -21 im guessing is i dont have frostbite its a faulty wire / sensor. Can anyone tell me do i need to remove the front bumber to get to it or can i do it with the bumber in situe?/ Cheers James

The Z hasn't really been started for about a week and not really driven for about 2, I fitted the new painted viscous fan today and after a minute or so of running, some white steam/smoke appears at the back of the engine, around the brake cylinder area. It isn't very thick, but progressively gets more and more as the car continues to run. The logical thing to me of course would be steam, as I did put it away hot last time and it's been bloody freezing since, so I'm thinking condensation in some depression on top of the manifolds or something, but the questions I have are: 1. why does it smell smokey 2. why would it only be on one side of the engine and not …
