Hi, I know a couple of members were working on these transplants (Friday, JohnDixon). After watching a couple of John's videos on YouTube I was curious as to how much one of the afore mentioned engines cost and who imports them? Am interested to see whether it is feasible for me to even consider this (for a future project) or whether the costs would be too much. So, any info/links would be great. Many thanks. John

It was my favourite 300 before i got mine. Saw it at JAE 2006 (i think, although i dont think it was at billing). Anyway, i cant remember his name and its doing my head in and ive searched for ages on here. It had a paint job like tizers blue snake skin effect?? but it was redish at the front and faded to black at the back. Huge wing on the back, maybe 4 or 6 pot rear lights, shark front bumper and it just looked awesome. Anyone know what im talking about and point me in the right direction of some pics? Thanks

Thought i'd post up a pic of my latest build ! - Not a zed but rather a downhill mountain bike. After finally getting the parts for the headset, stem and handlebars, i stripped the old frame for bits. Not decided if i'll cut down the forks steering tube or just use spacers to make up the gap also need to cut down the handlebars as you can see below there a bit extreme Not fitted the bottom bracket, chainset or rear shifter yet as not totally decided what setup to go for. More than likely go for a single ring front wish bash guard and transplant my old shimano xtr back mech to this one. few hundred still to go on it cash wise…

Now that im close to finishing the zx, i've been ringing round for quotes. Ive told them of all mods to car as i want it to be covered properly and all im getting is brick doors. So my question is..... HOW the feck do you all get yours soo cheap????. Am i doing somethingcwrong when being honest about the car?. Im 34 and have nearly 7yrs ncb. The z is a uk manual tt. I valued it at 4k, which i feel in todays market is a fair value. Am i under valueing my car maybe compared to the mods made. have been told that i need new steering arms all round just wondering what would be the best way to go about them either upgrade where possible or the best place to get them from

Does anyone know exactly where this pipe in red goes after the fuel pressure regulator on a BMW E46 323i? It has perished and the other end has fell off, and I know it goes to the fuel pressure regulator, but then where? I have pretty much stripped everything off apart from the inlet manifold, as the fuel rail is nay on impossible, but still cannot see where it could go.... Thanks in advance if anyone can help, it's really urgent!.....

any one help please put a bulb in the courtesy light got it slightly twisted then the radio went off and the courtesy light indicator on the dash now glows dim even with the door shut if u open the door the clock goes off and the 2 map lights start acting up the courtesey light now not working found this post mine exacty the same any help please It all started when my main interior light blew. could use a little help on this ive got the numbers from my turbo tf 0124 j 14411-40p06 466081-4 just need to know if its carbon or dynamic for the seals if ive read the garret codes right it should be carbon but would like a 2nd opinion from some clever person on here before i spend the pennies on the rebuild kits, cheers for help in advance.

Is anyone running Z1 side-mount intercoolers?, and if so are they a big improvement over stock intercoolers?.

Just wondering if anybody has any experience with the FMIC kits floating around eBay. ... I can't go over 4.5k RPM. It just stops everything, and it cut out on me when it was at a junction selecting from 2nd gear to drive. Is there anything I can do without a remap, as I was planning on taking on a dyno to see the numbers and air to fuel ratio. It's more than likely lack of fuel, but I'm hoping that the ECU might relearn the settings. When they were initially fitted, revs were erratic but I never went over 2.5k RPM until yesterday. Any advice on this would be superb :) Thanks x

I have just read that from Jan 12 the MOT will check for the presence of a CAT if originally fitted although not required before 93. Anyone in this band might be sensible to get an MOT this month if the CAT has been removed.
