Hi folks, Got a problem with the driver's side front indicator. The bulb won't illuminate, so i checked the bulb and the bulb is fine, I even tried another new bulb just in case, but still didn't work. So, checked all the fuses (couldn't tell which was which - due to jap writing) which were also fine. So not really sure what's next. It was working fine, but on a recent long run I noticed that the right turn signal was flashing at double speed, so thought it was just the bulb.. Any suggestions? Many thanks - Leo

ive just won a brand new rear wheel bearing for my tt, for a crazy price compared to what nissan want.. anyone changed one, what are they like to do. I know i have to remove the driveshaft and undo the m12 nuts, do they need to be pressed in, or will a decent puller work.

  5. I think it was either Thursday or Friday last week, parked in one of the car parks on the industrial estate near Neta training center. Would of popped in but i was running late.

Today was an open pit lane track day at Silverstone using the full GP circuit(and pit facilities) so I went along as usual to meet up with BobGenie and ride shotgun in his slicktop. We were surrounded by lots of expensive high powered machinery. 911 Turbo S to one side. GT3 RS to the other. a pair of very quick Bms two pits away etc. The slicktop drew many admiring looks and comments and didnt look out of place at all. With a refreshed engine just installed by Dan Turner's advanced Motorsport workshops near Silverstone the car was on blistering pace. Several guest passengers had rides with Bob in the morning. After lunch Bob was really on it ... so I s…

Here's my dilemma I'm steering towards replacing the rear knuckles on the shortie' with Driftworks Geomaster 2's, this will mean that I can wrap on trying to beat the old OEM balljoints/bushes. The whole setup would then be brand new. The problem that I have is this, despite the DW website stating that they will fit a Z32 I had my doubts, so I did a bit more investigating. This is what the DW shop states in the Q&A section: Product Questions: Q: Will this Race Hub Knuckle kit work on a Z32 TT? A: Rears will, fronts won't As it turns out they will fit but only on the proviso that you cut the bottom forks off the coilover and w…

The wheels on my manual twin turbo I bought a few weeks back are aftermarket. They are 17" rims fitted with 225 45 17's. On close inspection of the rims I found them to be 7j which means that the tyre size is already the maximum I can get on them. I have arranged to have a set of goodyear f1 225 45's fitted next Saturday for £490. I am worried that these tyres are not big enough and I would be better off waiting and getting wider rims, could anyone tell me what the stock wheel size is for a tt, any other advice would be appreciated.

Hi My N/A Z just died driving along today. One minute accelerating well, next minute all ignition lights on - engine stopped running. AA attended and check stuff over, they say on paperwork:- 5v + 12v present, fuel pressure OK Switching OK to coil +12v + Earth. Suspect injectors not switching (unable to access) He pulled a coil out and stuck a plug in but no spark even though 12v/earth/switching all present on test. Car being recovered by AA in an hour or so. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers Paul

I originally started building my ICE install in the Black and yellow Z but it's since been scrapped so here we go again in the grey one. All the false floor that I built is now pretty much destroyed as it wasnt intended to come out again really, and once sound deadening material is fitted, it isnt coming off again. After a long time waiting for the necessary welding in the boot to get done on the grey Z, I can finally get on with it again. Ive already got all the wiring in and test fit things but it sounds rubbish compared to how it was with the deadening and dampening. This time, I have chosen to go for the more expensive option of fat mat extreme. I am really …

  25. Bought some Volk Racing wheels in desperate need of a refurb. That's being done but in the meantime I am after some new centre caps for them as the ones that came with them have also seen better days, but I can't seem to find any anywhere! They have a 75mm diameter and are just basic flat plastic ones. Anyone got any idea where I can find some? Uploaded with ImageShack.us
