Hi all, i have attached the power supply routing diagram to my thread. Could anyone I.D the symbols i have highlighted in red. I have discovered i have no power to the fuses under the bonnet at the passenger side. Got no headlights, main beam and horn. Looking at the diagram i see that the power comes from the fusable link. Im checking for power there today. From the link it goes back to the battery via the symbols i don't know. Also could you spread some light on where the fuse is that I've circled in the headlamp diagram. I have checked all footwell fuses twice and they are all ok. Does all the headlight wiring come across in the main loom by the radiator …

I started cleaning my headlights today and want to be as thorough as possible. I think I can get a much better finish if I could separate the glass from the housing. Has anyone done this and if so what did you use as a gasket when refitting the glass as I can’t find new gaskets? Chris.

So seemingly out of the blue both sides of my zed seem to be letting water in from the roof which is dripping directly onto both from seats. I discovered this over the weekend after deciding to go for a nice drive out with the Mrs, everything was going swimmingly up until I departed the car to get a Subyway lunch and noticed my arse was sodding wet. It's not a fun experience lining up for a couple of footlongs with noticeable wet stains on the back of your keks. After returning home and inspecting my girlfriends bum I can confirm it's both sides leaking. Anyway - this is what it looks like from the inside (the car that is) https://imgur.com/a/FUhSlIC …

Another great show over and done with for this year. Many thanks to the volunteer exhibitors for their time and toil, meeting and greeting, talking about the club and the cars to everyone who showed an interest. A very special thanks to Ian and his crew, who yet again made our stand the most impressive among our peers and neighbours, and the easiest stand to identify in Hall 8 ?, even if there was a tense nervous moment on setup day while waiting for the structural engineer to visit and give us the OK. The show organiser for clubs even commented on how fantastic our stand looked when she visited. For those members who managed to visit over the weekend,…

I still take the odd look online for Z related things as I like the cars and had to post about this sexy piece of kit I noticed online, no idea if it is any good but here you go: EPR Twin Billet Carbon VG30DE(TT) Intake Manifold. What do you think, is it any good apart from just the looks?

Hi all, I'm still in the process of chasing a problem on my headlights. When following the diagrams how true do you find the colouring for the wires. No matter what I'm doing there are always wires not corresponding to electrical diagrams. I've the copies of diagrams from online manuals but are there any that are coloured or have a bit more clarity. Cheers

i know this has been asked before but i've just had my front number plate bracket refurbed so looking at putting a smaller front plate on (my car is jdm) i've read smaller front plates should have 64mm high lettering. however i've ordered a plate 12x3 which turned up this morning but it only has 55mm high lettering. is this too small? i'm sure i've seen plates that size on imports before.

Guys Is there a resource anywhere that lists all the led lights required to convert the dash / courtesy / pod lights etc to LED ? There are kits on eBay but none seem Z32 specific. Something to do on these cold winter nights :-) Thanks for any pointers.

Hi everyone. Maybe someone know good diagnostic service for my vg30dett? Do not want go to the service who don't know nothing about this engines. Basically problem is with first cylinder. Probably it misfire. I checked all coil packs, they working, new spak plugs, yesterday I check spark plugs again all looks the same. But when I put them back from exhaust come out white smoke(maybe it was after rain, because I didn't drive for 1 week) When I'm disconnect plug from coil pack, nothing changing.. Other cylinders fine. Compression also low 128psi in all cylinder same compression. So I think maybe problem with ecu.. And maybe there is a point to clean injectors.. Is there…

Hi Guys, I have just purchased the Super ATI Race Damper Crank Pulley. Mine is a UK Twin Turbo and I am trying to source new belts for it. The PAS are the same as standard but states it needs a 4pk975 for AC and 4pk1015 for ALT/WP. As mine is a UK it has slightly different belts to the USA ones, longer I believe. Does anyone know the correct size belts for a UK Twin Turbo with a Super ATI Race Crank Pulley ? I thought 4PK925 is the same across the board for PAS, 4pk965 was UK AC and 4pk1038 was the ALT/WP, so what do I need for mine ? Thanks, Olly.

Anyone ever had this or know what the problem is likely to be. The blur car has been sat in place for a while. Anyway, started it up and the wipers seem to be stuck on constantly. Switch does speed them up etc, just doesn't seem to stop them. MOT is next week so I need to sort them quickly if possible

A 1989 300zx with a modern twist. It looks ok and maybe the younger generation prefer it. But in my opinion the 89 spec is still the best design when it comes to looks.

I have a roof leak on both sides of my Z at the moment. It used to leak from the window at the main join between the Targa and the body but this seems to be fixed after replacing the Targa rubbers, adjusting them as close to the body as possible and screwing them down there and moulding some black silicone to the body rubber and layering some cling film over it to set against the targa (there was some deformation on the body rubber but I do not fancy spending £300+ for each side of the body rubbers!) It now looks almost as though it is leaking from within the Targa trims and dripping out of the plastic but I pulled one of the tops out last night and removed the trim …
