does body know what thread the oil presure sensor is? i want to fit an autometer sender with a 1/8 NPT thread on it. any ideas, need to know before i pull it out of the block! cheers kris

What are the percentage values for the left and right banks that are displayed on the Self Learn Window? Last time I looked, the left bank was on 1% and the right bank was on -9%. Don't like the look of this.

I adjusted the TPS to give 0.46 V instead of the 0.30 volts it was previously reading. Now she idels at about 1300 rpm. What's going on. I used the ConZult to clear the ECU.

Having to replace one of my wheels thanks to a 'kerbing incident', spoke to AndyZ who pointed out that the standard alloys were sided. Having looked at mine, it turns out I have three rhs wheels and one lhs :-( Unfortunately I didn't damage the odd rhs one and will have to keep it until finances improve - can this cause any probs or is it simply a matter of cooling the brakes?? I presume that the slope of the alloy cutouts should be at the back of the rotation and the flatter bit at the front..(?) On a side note, the tyres on the front are crappy Federal 225/55/16s - the wrong profile size I think - will this b*ll*x my handling or simply look like crappy wa…

I HAVE A 93 TT AND THE AUTO BOX IS PLAYING UP ,WHEN I PULL AWAY FROM STAND STILL IT WILL NOT CHANGE INTO 2nd UNTILL THE REVS REACH 3800rpm and it clunks when changes gear even at stand still the car idles at 1500 to 2000 whot could this problem be can anyone HELP IS IT GEARBOX ???????

I have a twin turbo engine that I will sell off cheap if anyone wants to buy it in the next 2 weeks. I'm after £475 for it (I originally wanted £800) The engine is sitting in my garage, all strapped up ready to be lifted straight into a van (via an engine hoist). Behind the engine is a car that I can't move until the engine is moved. If noone buys the engine in the next couple of weeks then I'll have to hire an engine hoist and move it out of the way. The engine itself is OK as far as I know. I video'd the engine running before it was taken out of the car…

Hi, I have found my ZX, just in the process of buying it. Is it unusal to the have the speedo in MPH but the odometer (is that the right word??) distance in KM on the second dial? This car has been in the UK for 2 years after coming from japan. Also is it legal to leave it in KM? Thanks Barry
