Is it worth fiitting a FSE Power Boost Valve and a Eco Tech Valve i know they wont make massive difference but would they stil be worth fitting, oh i'm a TT if that matters or not. If i was to fit what difference would i expect?

hi guys, im sersiously miffed at the moment - seems the cheapest car insurance quote i can get is £740 - im 29, have no points on licence and full no-claims 300xz NA, import. From posts on this site i have seen people with quotes in the £350 region, i have tried all the insurance compaines i could find recommended here but same numbers seems bloody stupid - i only use the car every other weekend but apparently im told i cant get limited mileage unless i own and am insured on a 2nd car which is a factor in the steep price anyone have any ideas or advice .. gonna have to get rid, i can't justify paying that much insurance on a car i drive a few tim…

Finally tried out my mapping software in anger today. To say it was a result would be an understatement.  Within an hour have got the idle rock steady (with 555's). AFR curve almost spot on from 4400rpm at high load, 16psi, slight bump to iron out just from 3500. Need to do some runs from lower revs as the throttle enrichment seemed to still be decaying when punching it at 3000rpm. Did some cautious tweaking of the timing which I had been conservative with previously Maps are properly extended to match the full rpm and TP range so can better control the parameters. Can honestly say the top end is noticably better and response in the mid ran…

Hi all! Anyone know if changing the p/s pump is easy?! The pulley on mine kind of spins its way out about 1/4 inch then clicks back in, I poked it with a screwdriver today and it came out more and started Peeing out fluid , oops! Does this mean it's knackered or can just the pulley be replaced with a new seal i assume? Any advice appreciated :-) Cheers,

i decided to flush out my rad last week but have found that if i drive her hard i loose boost and i get a fizzing sound from the rad cap and water pouring out the front passengers side approx where the intercooler is. now i took of the bottom hose stuck a hose in the top and flushed through, then i took off the air release thingy and filled her back up with rad flush. the followed same procedure and filled her up with water and antifreeze. do i need to run the engine when i flushing at any stage.

Hi, The interior trim on my targa has all come loose for some reason and looks really tatty. I've decided to pull it all off and re-glue it but I can't figure out how to remove the targa 'open/locked' catch? It seems to be held on some how, but I'm buggered if I can see how? Any ideas?
